部屋が寒い
This is a very new hotel. The room is very spacious, all facilities are in quite good conditions. It close to Taiyuan Street which used to be very popular shopping area in Shenyang but not now. The traffics in this area are always busy. You may need to wait for longer time to call a taxi or uber. Buffet breakfast is standard, a lot of variety of food. But there is no fresh juice, only tea coffee and milk.
I arrived hotel in the morning and didn’t expect I can get check in. But the front desk girl is very polite and helpful. She managed to find a room and let me checked in straight away!
Lovely hotel, however after travelling all day we ordered room service at the end of the day. Unfortunately, me and my partner got food poisioning from the food making the rest of our travel very hard. We asked staff about extending our visas as we didn’t think we would make our flight due to the illness and staff didn’t know anything and were unable to signpost us to any support.

Solid 4-star property. Very clean, and the rooms were elegant and fresh. Clean carpet and no deodorizing spray. Bathrooms had a modern appeal with a rustic wood trim. Glass panels kept the floor open. The breakfast buffet was A . Even included Swiss cheese in the deli platters. Something to eat for every pallet. The lounge is relatively ordinary. The ambiance of the club lounge was quiet, but the entrees are not kept hot enough for food safety purposes. I’ve been here over 11 times and the lounge experience continues to struggle. Colleagues and I got a bit ill in the past eating there, and I keep hoping they would improve the quality control of the entrees at the lounge buffet. Also there is now towels in the lounge restrooms. Overall I still recommend. It’s a good hotel for business travelers and it’s close to the underground boutique shopping tunnel. The staff here don’t really speak much English so speak slowly and they’ll try their best to help. The staff are good people here.

立地は中心部なので交通が便利で、バスタブが大きく快適に過ごせました。
The hotel is located in downtown close to shopping street, which is good for evening walk and lot of restaurants also available to experience the local foods. Robots are used for the room service, which was something new to me. The breakfast was having many verities and options, however, I am being an pure Vegetarian, couldn't get much options. The restaurant staff and chef, understand my request and was very helpful to make some special dishes specific to us as much as possible. They ensured our satisfactions in the entire stay.
The price for the breakfast was seems bit high. Secondly, only Chinese language "automated voice service" only has been used in the intercom or in room services (via robot), it was not easy to communicate / call to even reception from the room. For any any clarifications, room service, etc.., I have to go personally to reception and ask the same. Apart from local language, any other International language like English shall be used in the voice services for the international travelers. Regarding Internet, since most of the international apps (like Gmail, you tube, Whats up etc) are blocked, and no provision of VPN, it was not much useful to me.
Overall it’s very dirty- floor, carpet and everything! Doesn’t deserve a 5 stars rating

Place is spacious, the area is near the train station and there’s other small stores within a few minutes walk.
Larger than normal room size. Separate toilet and shower rooms. Large selection of Eastern and Western food at buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
Location of the TV in the room was very poor. Bed facing 90° to the TV.
