Pros:

Everything was good, except hot water. Had to take a cold shower because water would not heat up. I advise front desk, they said the would send up maintenance but noone arrived before we checked out.

The entire hotel was AMAZING!! Rooms were amazing very clean and the mattress was so comfortable. All staff was sooo nice. Restaurants had great food and was not expensive. We will go back again. Loved the pool area and the bar to get drinks and snacks.

This was an awful stay. My husband and I picked one evening to go to hotel to swim, hot tub, and dine. We arrived and checked in and told pool closed. We asked for a discount as it ruined the entire purpose of the evening. We were told pool would open in morning and we could use it and check out an hour late. We stayed and at 9am got pool wrist bands from front desk. Went to pool and swam for 5 minutes when a manager came in and said we could not swim. So there we are- in swim suits and wet and told can’t swim! This was so crazy!! We are told we can swim we are told we can’t swim. We have asked for a full refund. Not only could we not relax- we were given the run around. This stay was absolute insanity.

Pros: We had a last minute booking. The staff at check-in were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, plus there was a frig w/ 2 bottles of water. The parking and surrounding area was very safe. They have multiple cameras in the parking lot and also patrol the lot constantly.
Cons: we asked for wine glasses or plastic cups to use for the wine we bought, but they could only offer paper coffee cups. Also we went to get breakfast at 7am so we could continue our travels and found out the restaurants don’t open till 8am. They did recommend Dennys, which ended up being very good with great wait staff!
I would recommend and stay her again.
