La ubicación
Muy buena ubicación, y muy seguro el.lugar.
Nothing
No one there to check in. Had to call a posted phone number at the desk and wait for someone to call you back and then wait longer for someone to show up. Beds were horrible. Rooms were tiny. Everything very old dated. Crack tiles everywhere. Toilet broken and had to use a small glass because the only thing that would fit under water faucet to keep filling the tank of the toilet. No point in calling someone because you’d have to wait forever for them to get there. Not advertise as a hostel but definitely was. When looking for rooms I purposely avoided all rooms that were advertised as a hostel. Some rooms adjacent to back area that restaurants use.

The location was centrally located in the city. The view from until roof was amazing.

El primer día no había agua en los servicios higiénicos ni duchas que era básico de un alojamiento no me dieron solución ese día y para variar pedí dejar mi maleta unas horas y me dijeron que tenía que pagar 100 quetzales

Location was great. Very central to everything we wanted to see. They had a rooftop which was a great bonus to see the view of the volcano and the street.
The rooms were not bad for the price. Small and just had the basics which worked for us. Only thing that could have improved was the mattress. It was not that comfortable but it was fine for our short stay.
