Pros:

Avoid if you can, rooms very basic no toiletries provided, place seems to be run down, the manager Iain even asked if I would sponsor him for a Sunday lunch at the local pub. Paul the owner seems quite aloof. There was an idiot staying in a room next to the laundry room who was constantly drunk walking up and down swearing to himself, will not stay again, every hotel a guest house I have ever stayed in provided toiletries.

Pros:

Paul is amazing! He's very very helpful and accommodating. Goes the extra mile.
The room was comfy and well equipped for cooking, though I didn't use it for that.
Would definitely come back!

So much more than expected!

A beautiful place - the apartment, dining area, swimming pool and garden! The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and in a perfect condition. The host welcomed me personally and made me feel at home. Extras were a safe garage parking, free WiFi and a lovely breakfast. And all of this at a very reasonable price. I have already recommended Pepper Tree BnB to friends and would love to visit again.

Great stay at Pepper Tree
Pros:

Pepper Tree (Paulshof) offers excellent value for money and a great location.
Pleasant hosts, clean rooms, good wi-fi (with Netflix) & a light breakfast, make this B&B a great option.

Pros:

I though I had a double in a normal room according to expidia but a single bed who wasn't comfortable at all,and bed covers never until I left, also never slept in the closet before now I did.Thank you for your service
