Enjoyed it.
Pros:

The tasted very good but the service could have been better.
I had difficulty finding Altair St. after turning off of Polaris Pkwy.

Cons:

Breakfast service. It seemed there was a lack of staff. The people working did a good job.

Pros:
- Very friendly and welcoming
- Lounge for elite members
- Upscale finishes in room
- Shower with both standard shower head and hand held shower wand
- Nice fitness room

Cons:
- Pillows were flat and bed sheets were rough and seemed old
- Mattress on bed was somewhat hard yet lumpy. Was not inviting. Maybe it was old?
- Sliding door to the bathroom has a gap at the side which allows someone to look in while you are using the bathroom
- bathroom exhaust fan, if exists doesn’t work well
- Limited parking near main entrance. There is a large parking lot at the back entrance however there was a large party the night we stayed. The entrance is the main entry for the large conference/party rooms and required us to walk through the corridor party area to get back to the parking lot. We felt like we were intruding on the event.
The restaurant/bar occupies a large area of the back lobby which doesn’t leave much space for gathering with others outside of the dining area.
- Elevators are slow

If the mattress and pillows were better, I might consider staying again but will likely try another hotel in the area next time.

Will return!
Pros:

The room was very clean, a number of included amenities. Staff were all very friendly. Dinner at the restaurant was exceptional (half chopped salad, salmon and chef choice veggie). Parking was very convenient and close by to a ton of shopping. It was a great place to stay while in town for a holiday party.

Always a great experience!
Pros:

I stay here usually once or twice per month. Always a great experience, clean, comfortable, good food, very nice people all around whether at the front desk or restaurant. Nicely decorated for Christmas this week, enjoyed the live music at the restaurant as well. I will be back in 2026 🤞!
