A hidden gem
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful. The front desk was so warm. The bar was nice. The entertainment was nice. The lobby was immaculate. Very impressed. Love it will be back.

Great Stay and Event Space
Pros:

Attended the Ohio Mortgage Bankers Conference there with 230 people. A great facility to stay AND to hold an event! Food was great. Hospitality was spot on and not in the way. Rooms are very nice. They have both Tesla and EV chargers out front. The area has a lot to do with many restaurants. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Pros:

Beautiful Hotel with beautiful grounds
Beds were comfortable
Room was clean
temperature was adjustable fully and fully functional
Breakfast was delicious
fitness room seemed much better then average
did not use pool, looked average
room was quite (mostly), could hear neighbors but it didn't bother us. Now had they been loud or obnoxious it would have been bad.

I had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Columbus Westerville-Polaris Hotel in Westerville. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The hotel and my room were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and provides a relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel with great decor and amazing service. All staff were helpful. We ate breakfast at their on site restaurant and it exceeded expectations. One of the best experiences at a hotel and we travel frequently! Highly recommend.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended!
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and extremely clean, which made my stay very comfortable and relaxing.
The reception team was outstanding – always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their dedication and professionalism truly made a difference.
The food at the hotel was also exceptional. There was a great variety of options, all fresh and delicious, with high-quality ingredients.
Overall, the entire staff was amazing – very polite, helpful, and committed to providing excellent service. You can really feel their effort to make every guest feel welcome and valued.

It was the perfect stay celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary in Columbus Ohio. The front desk staff was wonderful and helpful, they gave us a bag of snacks in honor of our anniversary 😊 Clean and comfortable!!
