Four Points by Sheraton Grande Prairie

Room had water damage to cabinets and there was damage to the bathtub. Toilet paper felt like what you’d expect in a gas station bathroom not an expensive hotel. Beds, sheets, and pillows were just okay.

Amazing front desk lafy

Front desk staff on Sept 28th was rude and condescending. Implied that I did not pay to upgrade my room. When I needed to extend my stay the day before, I was willing to downgrade to a different room and move to pay a lower fee, the employee at the time (on the 27th) was very accommodating and suggested I could just stay in the room, which was accepted and appreciated. The staff that was rude implied that she needed to have a conversation with that employee….as to indicate that she would be in trouble. A customer should not feel as though they have done something wrong or that they may have gotten someone in trouble for something they didn’t request.

Room was nice and clean. Pool and hot tube were very nice and clean. Wendel Clark restaurant attached to the hotel was fantastic.

The check in was a weird experience, the lady that was working on Aug 23 treated me like it was my first time checking into a hotel then proceeded to serve another guy who butted inline. It was one of the most painful check-in experiences I’ve experienced in a long time.

Very nice facility

Bed were great, very clean room and great facilities. Nice and close to the east link center so we were able to just walk there. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Will for sure stay here again

Rooms need to be updated. Pool is looking worn down. Breakfast at new restaurant is mediocre at best.

Our room wasn't ready when we got there so check in was a half hour late.

I was impressed, great room, it’s too bad the restaurant wasn’t open, but I get that it wasn’t ready, all good.

Room service staff was very slow

My stay at the Four Points in Grande Prairie, Alberta was great. The staff was friendly and the room (deluxe) was clean, lots of room and comfortable.

So very comfy , my son his friend and myself had a great time in the pool and hot tub and relaxed in our comfy beds , great stay

Overall the property was great. It was close to my needs. The restaurant wasn't done it's Reno's or construction and couldn't be accessed from the hotel. You had to walk outside to access it. Not horrible, but it was cold and raining. Waitress was super nice and the food was average. They didn't have everything as advertised on the breakfast menu. But I'm sure they are still getting things together as I'm sure it's a new build. Great job so far ! Those with mud caked boots walking through the hotel and leaving mud clumps. Shame on you !
