Cons:

تم حجز جناج من غرفتين نوم صاله معيشه وعند الحضور الحجز غير متوفر وعطاء غرفه واحد لمده يوم وبعد المطالبات مع الاستقبال تم تعديل الي غرفتين نوم صغيره جدا غير ماتم حجزه وبعد مراسله بوكنق مشكوره تم تعويضي جزء من المبلغ
لان الفندق غير صادق ويعتمد علي القروبات اكثر من الافراد يعني لو حاجز وجاء قروب ممكن بعطيه غرفتك عادي لان عند الخروج حصلت عائله عند الاستقبال نفس المشكله

We booked a family suite but were given a family room. We raised this immediately with staff. The description on bookings.com did not match what we were given. The bedding configuration we received was a family room not a family suite. Obviously the family suite costs more than the family room so we are frustrated that we were not compensated. The staff said that they will raise this with the manager the following day but no one spoke to us. We were also disappointed with housekeeping. We had to constantly was for toilet paper to be restocked and to provide us adequate bath towels. We kept on getting 3 towels when we are a family of 4. Breakfast was average. Overall we left disappointed.

We booked three nights in a room with a balcony. On the first evening, when we arrived, we were told that an employee had made a mistake and that there was no balcony room available for us. As a result, we were given a room without a balcony.

The following day, we were moved to a room with a balcony. Considering what happened, we asked for some form of compensation for the first night, when we did not receive the room we had booked. We were told that this was not possible.

Apart from that, the breakfast was very, very poor. On two mornings, the omelette ran out and was not replaced. When we asked if more omelette could be brought out, we were told that the manager had not bought any eggs. Very strange.

انه قريب من المحلات لكن لا يمكن للسائق الوقوف حتى اثناء النزول علينا التحرك الى الشارع الرئيسي

Cons:

الخدمات سيئة حتى لا يوجد من يقوم بحمل الحقائب أثناء الوصول وعند المغادرة

WARNING! You may be deceived by this hotel.

We booked a room at this hotel, but they refused to give us the room we had reserved, making countless excuses. In reality, they had simply sold our Booking.com reservation to someone else.

After a long argument, they offered us a room at another hotel instead. We had traveled a long distance, and our children were already exhausted, so we had no choice but to accept.

The alternative hotel they offered, Park Square Hotel, was in terrible condition. We took photos of the room as evidence.

Don’t be tempted by the low prices—be careful.

P.S. The ceiling in the hotel’s parking garage is very low. If you have a tall vehicle, you won’t be able to park there.
