Ein perfekter Aufenthalt, unser erster auf Rügen. Sehr freundliche. familäre Umgebung.

Da gibt es nichts zu meckern, alles super.

Cons:

Da kein Aufzug vorhanden ist sollten sich Gehbehinderte frühzeitig um ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss bemühen.
Ein Heizwasserbereiter für für den Morgenkaffee wäre schön.

Pros:

Das Herzliche Willkommen mit freundlichen Worten und einem kleinen Rundgang mit den gegebenen Informationen. Hatten spontan für nur eine Nacht gebucht.
Trotzdem wurde uns Aufmerksamkeit, Höflichkeit und Interesse gegeben.
Zimmer perfekt. Sauber, sehr guter Schlaf, dank Traumbett!!!
Das beste zum Schluss. Dieses Frühstücksbuffett. Noch NIE so vielfältig, großzügig und liebevoll erleben dürfen. Jeder Gast wurde persönlich begrüßt (mit Namen ❣️)... Wortwechsel, Service am Tisch!!!
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir kommen recht bald wieder, weil man sich hier in Ruhe sehr gut erholen kann.
Pros:

Alle im Hotel von der Hotelleitung bis zum Handwerker waren sehr Freundlich, konnten sehr schnell und gut auf unsere Wünsche eingehen. Die Lage ist sehr schön was den etwas weiteren Weg zum Strand wieder wet macht. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Besonderes Highlight ist das Boot "Sturmvogel" welches im Hotel als Bar gilt.

Pros:

Herausragend war die Freundlichkeit und Fröhlichkeit des Personals. Wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt krankheitsbedingt vorzeitig beenden. Die Chefin kam uns ohne große Diskussion preislich entgegen. Wir mussten also nicht die gebuchte Dauer bezahlen. Das war sehr kulant.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag so verschattet, dass kaum ein Sonnenstrahl hereinkam. Entsprechend kühl war es im Zimmer. Dafür war die Bar sehr gemütlich und der Speisesaal schön sonnig.
