Pros:

Chambre de bonne dimension, acceptable, restaurant pas a la hauteur, le wi fi ne fonctionnait pas correctement dans la chambre, parking (payant) pratique en sous-sol.

Buena habitación al ser restaurada este mismo verano.
El personal no es muy simpático, pero es el coste de no haber personas para trabajar.
Por lo general el hotel muy bien, para repetir.

Atención al cliente por debajo del esperado. Largas colas para hacer check in, trato en el desayuno por parte de algunos camareros ha sido muy malo, limpieza y organización en el desayuno de las peores que he visto

More basic than expected
Pros:

It was nice, not as grand as the photographs suggest. We had a room with two double beds and one bedside table in between. Nice large patio but with a street/parking lot view. There is some construction nearby. The town seems to be new and developing. The hotel was clean and comfortable, nice bar, pool, hot tub, lounges and couches here and there. No room service. Large closets. We were visiting friends in Vera.
