Pros:

로비에 캡슐커피 머신기도 구비 되어있어
좋았어요 숙소도 청결해서 좋았구요
세면기 물이 잘 안빠져서 세수하는데 좀 불편했지만 수도물을 약하게 틀고 사용하니 괜찮았어요 나름 잘쉬다 왔어요

외곽에 위치해 있는 숙소
변기에서의 누수로인해 밤새 물방울 떨어지는 소리로 잠을 설쳐 피곤했던 기억이 있네요

주차장 없음
Pros:

다 좋았지만 주차장이없어서 놀랐습니다.
밤늦게도착했는데, 주차장이없는것을 알고
피곤한 와중에 싼 주차장을 찾지도못해서
서울대병원에 주차하고 다음날아침에 밤새주차료로 4만원을 지불했습니다. 주차료 생각하면 맞은편 오라카이호텔에서 지내는 게 더 나을 것 같네요

깨끗하고 조명이 밝아요
Pros:

순천여행중 깨끗하고 조명 밝은 숙소 찾던중 예약한 숙소예요. 바닥이 하얀색계통 대리석이라 바닥 청소 상태가 한 눈에 보여 좋았구요. 로비에 커피등 추가로 먹을수 있게 되어 있어요. 만족합니다.

시설은 다소 오래되었고, 주변 편의 시설은 없습니다.
단, 청결히 관리하시고, 주변이 조용하여 좋습니다.

Front 가 일반 여관 수준임, 객실의 화장실 문이 없어 불편하였으나 에어컨은 건물이 신축이어서인지 소음이 적고 쾌적하였음
