방 크기나 컨디션에 비해서 가격이 좋습니다. 이그제큐티브 스위트에 3박 했는데 큰 거실과 넓은 침실, 특히 침실 2면이 오션뷰인 점이 매우 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 친절하셔서 불친절에 기분 상하는 일이 없던 점도 큰 장점이었습니다. 높은 곳에 있어 뷰가 큰 장점이고, 한적한 점이 단점이 될 수도 있지만 그만큼 평화롭고 관광지 느낌이 덜 나서 휴양하기에 좋았습니다. 키즈존도 잘 돼 있어서 저희 애기도 가서 한바탕 잘 놀았네요. 전반적으로 가성비가 좋고 온천도 있어 휴양하기 좋은 호텔이라고 느꼈습니다.

Cons:

3박을 했기에 제일 아쉬운 점이 음식이었습니다. 오래 묵기에는 3~4일간 호텔에서 주로 식사를 다 해결해야 하는데 많이 비싸고 식당도 라운지와 포세이돈 외에는 없어서 이 점이 상당히 힘들었습니다. 위치 상 주위 식당도 많지 않구요. 특히 저희 가족은 자차 없이 기차로 이동했기에 차를 타고 근거리 식당을 나가기도 힘들어서 조금만 더 식사를 할 수 있는 옵션이 있었으면 좋겠고, 가격이 좀 현재보다 저렴했으면 좋겠습니다. 근처 횟집들도 있긴 했지만 그것도 역시 2박 이상 할 경우엔 한계가 있다고 느껴집니다. 이 점 때문에 사실 2박 이상 장기로 다음에 또 오는 것이 조금 망설여집니다. 이 점만 아니면 또 오고 싶다는 생각이 듭니다.
또한 방에 전자렌지가 없어서 심지어 편의점에서 사온 음식들로 한 끼 해결하기에도 불편함이 있었습니다. 편의점에서 먹고 올라오면 된다고 생각하실 수도 있지만 저희처럼 어린 아기가 있는 가족은 그게 어렵습니다. 결국 편의점 육개장과 만두를 사서 일일이 편의점에서 다 데워서 국 같은 경우 뚜껑도 없이 엘리베이터 타고 방까지 들고 올라왔는데, 방에 전자렌지가 있거나 하다 못해 층에 하나라도 설치해 주시면 훨씬 편했을 텐데 이런 점은 고객의 입장을 좀 더 생각해 주셨으면 하는 아쉬움이 남습니다.
그리고 제가 음식에 까다롭지 않고 오히려 무던한 편인데 저녁 부페는 가격에 비해 많이 아쉬움이 남았습니다. 가격이 조금 저렴하거나 질을 좀 올려주시는 것이 가격에 맞을 것 같다고 느꼈습니다.
마지막으로 이 호텔만의 문제는 아니고 사실 우리나라에선 어딜 가나 이런 문제가 있지만 수영장에서 튜브 이용이 금지된 게 참 아쉬웠습니다. 다들 꼭 그래야만 하는 이유가 있는 것처럼 말씀하시지만 사실 개인적으로 들어보면 납득이 어렵고 지나친 제재라는 생각을 지울 수 없습니다. 실제로 외국가면 이런 제제를 가하는 수영장을 찾아보기 어렵습니다. 더군다나 저희가 이용할 때는 깊은 풀에 저희 가독 포함 어른 5-6명밖에 없었는데, 그런 한가로운 사항에서도 무조건적으로 튜브 금지라는 제재는 부당하게 느껴집니다. 다시 한 번 이런 점이 탑스텐 호텔만의 문제는 아니지만, 우리나라는 만에 하나 사고가 날 시에 책임 회피 등을 위해서 전반적으로 불필요하게 지나친 제제를 가한다는 생각이 듭니다. 두 돌 안 된 아기가 어린이풀은 무슨 이유인지 안 가려고 하고 깊은 풀에서 놀고 싶어했는데, 아직은 체구도 작고 대여한 구명조끼 다리 부분 끈이 안 돼 있어서 구명조끼를 입고는 혼자 중심잡고 물에 뜰 수가 없어서 결국 얼마 놀지도 못하고 나와야 했습니다. 튜브 가능한 수영장에서는 튜브 타고 한참을 재밌게 놀곤 했기에 참 아쉬웠습니다. 결국 아기가 제대로 놀지 못하니 저희 부부도 얼마 놀지도 못하고 나와야 했습니다. 인터넷 리뷰들에서는 튜브가 가능했다고 봤던 것 같아 기대하고 왔기에 더 실망이 컸습니다. 저희 가족은 특히 이번 휴가에 어디 밖에 나갈 것이 아니어서 수영장에서 놀 것을 가장 기대하고 왔고, 첫 날 날씨로 인해 수영장이 고장나서 입구까지 갔다가 못들어가고 그 다음날밖에 기회가 없었기에 더더욱 실망스런 시간이 됐습니다. 고객들도 만에 하나 사고발생시 비합리적으로 호텔을 탓하지 말고 본인이 책임을 지고, 호텔도 그런 비난을 피하려 고객 편의를 희생하고 호텔의 편의를 위해 지나친 제재를 가하지 말고 좀 더 진정으로 고객의 즐거움을 생각해 줬으면 하는 바람이 듭니다.

화장실 양치할때 컵이 일회용이 아니라 공동으로 사용하게 되어있어 약간 불쾌했습니다. 사용은 당연히 안했구요.
