Great first stay in India!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was really good, especially when we came across a street food afternoon in the hotel. The rooftop pool was lovely, although being so central, it was quite noisy. You get used to the noise after a while. The rooms were spacious, lovely and clean and the beds very comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing was that there was no poolside ordering available. We had to go downstairs to order food to be brought upstairs.

Oasis in the crazy of Hyderabad!
Pros:

Up to Hyatt’s standard - efficient, well run. Staff were exceptional - from the kind attention of the General Manager to the laundry delivery man. Breakfast buffet spot on!

Cons:

Nothing. Not an inexpensive stay but felt it offered value for money.
