Extremely good staff during breakfast and the food was very good. I really liked them giving me a small cake to bid me goodbye. Very unique.
The lobby bathroom is not as clean and bathroom floors are sticky.

Hospitality, Staff over there isn't trained. Most of them are trainee and they tried to pull extra money from me apart from the booking.com amount twice when I asked for the clarification. They said it’s their fault and pretend that system was charging extra. So that was the reason. This happened twice I lost my cool and I was embarrassed. When I was frustrated they didn't treated me good my entire stay

starts with food , master chef mr rick , his bengali food festival along with other indian states cuisines are to look forward for .
cdc mr deepak chef’s bhuna sabji with olive oil and ragi roti, etc etc . his expertise in health food
su chef mr dev an expert in indian cuisine on your table judging your pallet and then pampering you.
ms pooja and ms shivangi the bakery chefs know their bakery which very few around know as they do ex their korean buns ( oooffff) the red velvet cake , the mango cheese cake etc etc etc etc. ( baklava , do not miss it )
chef mr mohinder is an indian cuisine expert. do try him. chef mr rais mr chetan mr satyvrat chef mr mohsin are their to pamper you with various cusines
the ird incharge mr robin will be working like an associate and showing his concern for you, his deputy mr saurav singh ( with his family from the army ) is disciplined , knows every table around. he knows your pallet the most.
the associates prasanjit , rafik , sarat, rajiv, sharukh, palas, ms deepanjali ms reba ma yancheng sherpa are all stars of hyatt place and make you very comfortable at the ird. each expert in making fresh chai with indian flavours
the housekeeping with ms pooja and mr ashish are the fore runners for me to choose hyatt place
ms payal the reception incharge will never forget you as a corporate and your choices
all the above is with gm mr amit paul he is all around the property personally inspecting all his departments, also has time for the guest with his killing smile

We enjoyed family dinner at Gallery Cafe in Hyatt place. Ambience was wonderful and staff was great. Specially Mr. Presenjit and Riba were great help. We tried alacarte and food was delicious.
Location, But the cleanliness not up to the mark.
Power outage, it’s a 5* property, doesn’t have a generator or inverter to maintain the uninterrupted electricity. And elevators are under maintenance during the rush hours.
Breakfast not so good, does not have enough no of dishes. It be over 150 if international cuisine.
