The stay in Hyderabad was great, very nice hotel where all-inclusive service is present
Pros:

Most important is the room + bed: bed was very nice, cleaning was also very good
Also the swimming pool i liked very much. The staff was very friendly and helpfull
Robin made the stay also feel more comfortable and personally.

Cons:

The surrounding of the hotel was a bit difficult to get around, walking on the streets I was not something used to.
Breakfast, the orange juice was slow served or forgotten sometimes.

L'accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale, sia alla reception, al ristorante ed anche dallo staff house keeping.
Una menzione speciale per tutto lo staff del Gallery Cafe', ed in particolare per Mrs. Jasmine, Mrs. Deepanjali, Mrs. Sanjana e Mr. Ved, sotto la supervisione di Mr. Robin.
Un grazie anche a Mr. Rick, Head Chef, che mi ha suggerito quotidianamente nuovi assaggi e combinazioni per assaporare al meglio la varietà della cucina Indiana.
Stanza comoda ed accogliente, letto confortevole.

Cons:

Come sempre faccio, se qualcosa non mi piace, mi confronto subito con lo staff e lo risolvo, così poi mi piace 😊
