Fantastic spot from which to explore Melbourne

Good but a few things to improve
Pros:

Well connected to CBD and other Melbourne areas
Bar downstairs

Cons:

- The bathroom in a two person room has fully transparent glass doors making it somewhat awkward even for couples/families unless you are into some weird fetishes
- Very noisy vent system working all night (it was fixed the next day but resumed the day after)

A great stay for the Australian Tennis Open
Pros:

Friendly staff and the location of the hotel was superb. We got a tram outside straight into the city. Ideal location for Parkrun or Grand Prix.

Cons:

Basic maintenance needed ie one socket not working, light by bed broken, safe batteries flat, bulb not working. Very minor issues which should be picked up.

Fine and well priced but too noisy
Pros:

Cute hotel, comfortable beds, well located.

Cons:

It’s extremely noisy. You can hear literally everything, every door bang, most noises it was hard to tell what they were. The shower lever came off so couldn’t easily change water temperature.

The public transport was good and easy to get to

Cons:

We didn't have good TV channels to pick from when we wanted to relax...terrestrial TV channels are very out dated. To us, a selection of of channels, movies and series to pick from helps with down time, so we don't resort to social media as you can't relax. That's my only gripe I have with my stay. Foxtel or some other box installed so one can get other channels, movies, series etc. would have been great.
