We loved it. Warm, friendly, clean, convenient.
Pros:

The location, having the bar and restaurant onsite, the super friendly staff, the food was superior when compared with other bars in the area, the cleanliness of the room. We couldn’t fault it. Highly recommended.

Cons:

We couldn’t fault it. It met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay again.

Worst hotel stay
Pros:

I had a horrible experience and the worst experience of my life.
Got locked out and no reaction to the calls. After beeing locked out now they lied about me having a wine. I dont even saw a mini bar in the room and didnt drink that night.

Cons:

The fact how they handled what happened. I had to call a friend while in a pjs on the street.

Extremely uncomfortable bed, dusty room and very unclean bathroom. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything including drunk people outside.

Good but a few things to improve
Pros:

Well connected to CBD and other Melbourne areas
Bar downstairs

Cons:

- The bathroom in a two person room has fully transparent glass doors making it somewhat awkward even for couples/families unless you are into some weird fetishes
- Very noisy vent system working all night (it was fixed the next day but resumed the day after)
