Cleaning the pool and having enough staffing would give the place a plus. everything in the shower was falling aprt lots of mosquitos coming from bathroom

The room was beautiful will stay there again. The food from the restaurant was awesome. The staff was very accommodating and made the stay pleasant.
Was not a bad experience. People were down-to-earth. The securities were helpful and staffs were great. The Owner needs to approachable though.
Great layover place to stay. I missed me flight and it was very convenience 5 minutes from the airport.
Love the room and pool
My stay was very disappointed for the price. The room was filled with mosquitoes, the furniture were old, and the room did not smell fresh.
THE WORST!!!! The owner is soooo RUDE and unreasonable! The FF&E is outdated. I stayed for one day and I had issues with my room. I was told to leave the property once I expressed I was dissatisfied with the hotel equipment in the room they assigned! It’s convenient, but the service isn’t worth the stay!
It was a quick room, when i was medically evaced off our cruise, super dirty, and not much safety wise to speak of , glad we were only there for 5 hours

The security scams people and the drivers change cars and threaten my life I am so angry happy to get out alive it was a nightmare
Close to the hip strip is its only upsell. I stop here on my last night in Montego Bay due to the convenience of being close to the airport
Property is not maintained and linens are old and worn! Have to wear shoes in rooms flora are so dirty. Menu consists of two maybe three items. Owner is a fantastic lady kitchen staff security and front desk staff are great. Beautiful spot just not maintained. This place should be a hotspot for tourists it is so close to Montego Bays Hip Strip, Drs Cave beach, margaritaville and Coral Cliff gaming lounge and restaurant along with many other attractions.
This hotel location is perfect, the hotel itself needs to be updated and clean. The bathroom door doesn’t have a handle and it smells like urine, plus 80% of the employees are rude, the food was okay but not great. If you only need somewhere to sleep this would be perfect but not to stay.
The owner was Jen, the staff was & is awesome the property kneed a face lift all around , from inside the rooms to outside the property, but we tolerate it all into a good thing.
Older building the wonderful cleaning staff did what they could
However toilet handle had to giggle so water wouldn't run on.
Middle piece in shower to switch from tub to shower was stuck on shower side.
I called at 9am one day and asked for room service
When i returned to my room at 2pm nothing was done, saw a cleaning staff who came right away.
Who informed me there is only 1 key for my room so i should have left it at reception. Who would know to do that.??
All in all like the staff, however building definitely needs some updates
