Unprofessional hotel with Very bad experience. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Nothing to like. The hotel cancelled our reservation voluntarily on the day of arrival. We were on the mid way to Udupi when we got to know our room has been given to some other person and hotel cancelled not accommodate us

We were on the mid way to Udupi when we got to know our room has been given to some other person and the hotel cancelled not accommodate us. We even call the hotel 3 days before arrival whether they accept credit cards as payment options, that they didn't tell us anything about allotment of the room to another person. Very bad experience.

The picture given in the site is not the same at the scene.As per the booking,it is mentioned as good for 3 person but they provided additional mattress to sleep on floor.The door of the room was not able to lock.
