We booked the standard room and got a completely different room, it had stains on the wall and was not at all what the pictures online promissed. We went to the reception to complain and then got an upgrade but only on the last night of our stay. The shower stopped working at one point and in the upgraded room there were Cockroaches. When we wanted a some of our money back for the fist two nights the boss was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful and would not give us some of our money back because of reasons, like fees they had to bay to the booking app. Apart from that we had to pay for all of our nights prior to seeing the rooms, only on the last day did she say that they only would have given us money back only the first day. We had an awful stay and are very disappointed, we would not recommend this to anyone!!

Pros:

Nice hotel, location close to the beach and restaurants.

Cons:

Guest should avoind the last floor, rooms facing the street. There is a laundry above and the water pump for the washing machines is vibrating and making noise in the morning and you can not have a decent sleep.

Pros:

Good location close to the beach and a few cafes and minimarts

Cons:

The room was filthy dirty. The bathroom floor was covered in hair and dirt, the bedding was dirty and didn’t smell fresh, even the fridge had hair in it. The surfaces were very dusty and dirty and broken chair in the room. The room was very musty which despite opening windows did not dissipate.
