Really lovely hotel...could have stayed longer

L’hotel est plus défraichi en vrai que sur les photos. Le ménage quotidien est fait, mais un ménage en profondeur serait nécessaire. Les meubles sont abimés et les traces demeures sur les murs.

Pour le même prix, cet hotel est celui que nous avons le moins apprécié d’un voyage de 5 semaines au Vietnam.

Clean, good location, friendly staff

Staff was excellent. The building has some age on it but the cleaning staff does a great job.

Service is excellent, people at the reception are wonderful. The area is very quiet, outside of the crowdy spaces. Less choices of restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel was closed, so it was a bit difficult to find a place for breakfast.

Staff were very friendly, accomodating and close walk to everything

Lovely staff, especially the room cleaning ladies. Always go above and beyond. Always got smiles on their faces.

J’ai aimé mon séjour à cette hôtel malgré quelque petite défectuosité dans la chambre.
Le plancher avec beaucoup d’ouverture donc c’est pas très agréable de marcher nue pied.
L’eau chaude de la douche est vraiment difficile à ajuster car la pression d’eau froid est trop basse.

Clean rooms and polite staff

It was better than expected. It was near high end hotels but at fraction of the cost. A good night sleep and only on the other side to the beach. Would stay again if I come to Da Nang.

All employees were the absolute best. For the price there is no reason to complain. Its a small acquaint hotel boutique and they continue to have tourist bus eat at the hotels restaurant. Practically all Asians. Breakfast was not very desirable for U.S. Americans unless you dont mind Vietnamese foods for breakfast. They do offer eggs for breakfast, either scrambled, medium, if you ask for over easy eggs with runny yoke you better ask for sunny side up otherwise your eggs yoke will be hard cooked. The biggest complaint i had is most of their food is not covered to keep the flies off the food or if people sneeze many people do not turn away or cover their mouth and nose. The fruit was great but they need to continue replacing it because its gone quick. Also cover the fruit. Please...would i stay again chances are yes we would.

호텔은 깨끗하고 직원들은 친절하였으며 룸컨디션도 매우 훌륭했어요..저렴한 가격에 맛있는 조식과 특히 오믈렛이 맛있었고 가성비 최고임..밤늦게 도착해서 2박이라는 일정이 아쉬울 따름이네요 새벽에 늦게 도착해서 호텔주변을 잘보지 못하고 아침에 나가서 다낭시내에서 저녁을 먹고 들어왔는데 호텔주변에도 맛집이 많아 보였어요 호텔주변을 못둘러보고 다음날 호이안으로 바로 가게 되어서 넘 아쉬워요 일정을 길게해서 묵고 싶어요..

The staff were SUPER friendly and nice and spoke good enough English to hold a conversation and guide us on our travels. Their service to us was never rushed and we felt very much at home with them. Five star service for sure.
The property is small but well thought out. Furnishings and fittings were of a good quality. My bed had a creak to it and after I informed them when I checked out, they promised that they would fix it.
In comparison, I had the chance to check out another 3 star hotel in a more central location and that was far inferior to Haka.
