Appreciate the real friendly staffs for coordinating transportation between airport as well as to tour the city. Cleanliness inside the room could improve, but a clean bed is all I needed for my overnight transfer stay. And the price is good too! Thank you for your excellent service!

I had a 21 hours layover, so booked this hotel. On arrival, I was surprised to wait 2 hours at the airport and no airport pickup. I had made arrangements before and had to take a taxi. Arrived and was shocked, NO english (they advertised english speaking staff), no internet in room, no breakfast, no blackout curtains. Very disappointing stay. I had such a bad experience at the hotel I gave up sightseeing and just went back to the airport. will never visit this hotel again.

Hotel was very nice, the room was clean and had everything you'd want: large ensuite bathroom, wifi, air conditioning, numerous plug sockets, daily room service, towels, toothpaste & brushes, shampoo, mosquito-proof windows etc

The reception is open 24hrs and I cannot stress enough how lovely & helpful the receptionists were. I was constantly down at all hours due to the jet lag, asking for more bottles of water or help reconnecting to the wifi or whatever (you needed cell phone service to receive a text code to use the wifi, which is common in China, and I had no mobile plan set up, but the receptionists would happily use their phones to connect for you.)

Unlike some other places I stayed in China, where the language barrier was a big issue, the receptionists here (who usually spoke very little or no English, as is normal) would always go straight for a voice translator they had whenever they saw me. They could speak Chinese, and you'd read English, and vice versa. I wish everywhere I stayed made it that easy.

There is a bus stop nearby which can take you to the station for trips to the city centre etc, or the airport, or the receptionists will be happy to call a taxi for you.

Just outside there are grocery stores and when I was there there was a street stall that sold some delicious tofu.

Overall excellent.

Also, if anyone who works at the hotel reads my review, I'm very sorry for leaving in such a hurry and forgetting to hand back my room key!

Excellent. Price was excellent. Hotel staffs were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to any one.

It's far out of Shanghai, but you can get to the city first by bus and then subway, which takes about one hour, so relatively fast. The area is quiet and there are convenient stores around, where you find everything you need. The Wifi is excellent.

Hotel is situated in a residential area surrounded by few shops. 15-20 min drive from the Pudong Airport. We were there for a transit stay. We liked it and booked it for our return journey also. One way airport transfer is free and RMB50 for the return (taxi fare is RMB280 one way). Staff is very helpful and courteous. Bathroom and toilet were clean and tidy. This hotel is a best deal for transit/short stay. This will be the hotel to book for my next transit/short stay.

A bit old and about 15km from the airport. Noisy, can hear noises from outside.

There are smoking smell when we walked in to the reception however the room is in good order, reasonably clean condition and free from smoking smell and there are no elevator in the building. The lady at the reception is very friendly and attentive. Our kid loves the soft toys. The reason that we choose this particular hotel is its proximity to the Pu dong airport but it is still about 20-30 mins away from it. The shuttle bus service is promptly departs hassle free. However don't expect too much from the surrounding area as it is still pretty much a local village still in development.

Honestly the hotel itself was pretty good. The only reason I'm not giving it a full-on glowing review is because my taxi driver scammed me (admittedly my own fault) but I was frustrated because the front desk lady didn't even try to help me (which is somewhat understandable, but she pretended she didn't speak English!) However, the room was good, the staff was very helpful (apart from the first front desk lady, who was still helpful after the taxi incident) -- they booked my shuttle the next day (50 yuan) and carried my suitcase up the stairs. (Warning that the hotel is next to the road and so will get noisy in the morning, but it didn't bother me too much).

This is not a good hotel for the inexperienced travel.
Staff is friendly but speaks very little English and there is no
restaurant. I also had to buy my own drinking water.

We thought it was near PVG airport but it was not.

Checked in here for just an 11h layover. It's 20-30 mins from the airport. Very quiet atmosphere. Staff was very nice when we checked in. The amenities are okay. They offer a ride to the Airport for just 40 yuan, which is cheaper than getting a cab which is gonna cost you 50-60 yuan. We would be happy to come back here on our next layover or stay in Shanghai, China.

it was amazing! The receptionists were really friendly and they’re able to arrange transportation to-from Disneyland or from the airport. Calling a cab from there is really easy as well :)

The bed is not so comfortable and there is not so much going on within the area. It is far from the city center and the train station. The hotel is clean and nice looking though. Love the disney theme. Just be cautious with some of the taxi drivers they will try to scam you by driving to a longer way rather than going for a shorter distance to keep the meter going and you end up paying more.

I only stayed for a night and it was a lovely experience. Very convenient to the airport at the fraction of the cost of hotels nearby. Check in was ok considering the receptionist didn't speak English. The room was clean with toiletries provided. The kettle was a bonus. Wifi was ok but not the fastest one. The TV only had local channels. Airport taxi was £5 and around 20min. I definitely recommend this hotel.
