unfortunately, the service is at a very poor level
Pros:

The food in the restaurant was very good, but the breakfast was poor, the same every day and only slices of cold meat and cheese were separated.

Cons:

Contact with the hotel staff when I requested an invoice. I received information that if the manager arrives, we will send it by email. After leaving the information for four days, there was no contact. I repeated the request by email and on Booking. No response. I was physically at the hotel and received a response to send an email despite another email with the company details. I added an invoice in my name after another email requesting a change. No response for 4 days.

I do not recommend this hotel

Zimmer 23 nicht buchen!!
Pros:

die Lage war für einen 6m Bus in Ordnung, das Essen war super und das Personal sehr freundlich!

Cons:

bei der Duschkabine fehlte eine Tür, Lüftung funktionierte nicht, Türe zum Zimmer liess sicht nicht absperren, Wasserhahn verkalkt, Fernseher nur ein sender, Zimmer zu heiss, zu laut wenn das Fenster geöffnet ist.

Zentrale Übernachtung zu überhöhtem Preis
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, sauberes Zimmer, gemütliche Gaststube. Abgeschlossene Garage, Lademöglichkeit für e-bikes.

Cons:

Essen war schlecht (Spaghetti Bolognese, anstatt Nüsslisalat mit Speck und Ei wurde lampiger Kopfsalat serviert). Frühstücksteller lieblos direkt aus dem Kühlschrank serviert, kein Brot, nur Gipfel und Weggli, keine Früchte.
Schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Ontbijt kon je niet kiezen. Je kreeg een bordje met wat vlees, kaas en zoetigheid. En een mandje met brood.

Leider war der Geschätsführer sowie der Kellner nicht so Gastfreundlich.Sie fanden es nicht nötig wenn der Gast aufsteht und sich verabschiedet.
