Amazing place . Clean ,spacious.. safe with a beautiful view
The view was fantastic. The area is ok with good beach access and markets close by. The room is spacious. That said the finishing in the room is cheap. The laminate around the kitchen sink was peeling and yhe closet doors were jammed. The plumbing has some type of poor installation as the sewage smells would come up through the drains unless they were covered. Not the best stay i have had but it was comfortable enough for a few days
This was a really bad experience overall, starting from check-in: I had to wait hours before my room was even assigned, and when I finally got in, it was a complete mess, dirty and not cleaned after the previous guests!
I then had to wait another 30 minutes for the cleaning service, and even after that the room was still dirty! it was clear they weren’t using proper cleaning products or sanitizers!
the towels were the dirtiest I’ve ever seen, the curtain was lying on the floor, and when I asked the cleaning lady to fix it, she just folded it and put it in the cupboard, so I had to partially fix it myself just to block light and sun while sleeping!
the location is also terrible if you want any rest: it’s in one of the noisiest parts of Batumi, with loud music from surrounding bars and restaurants blasting until early morning,
during my stay, other guests on my floor were screaming and singing drunk in the corridor at midnight, and there was no security to stop them!! anyone can enter the building since the elevators don’t require an access card, so it didn’t feel safe at all!!
the photos are also misleading: the washing machine shown wasn’t even connected or working!
when I contacted them about the terrible state of the room, they finally showed up on the last night of my stay just to change the sheets and towels,
overall, I can’t recommend this place at all, it was one of the worst stays I’ve had!
Very comfortable room high floor best sea view. Was best stay. Has kitchen in the room all facility. Very clean room fresh towel and linen. I strongly recommend. Best environment.
The hotel was very good everything went well. Firstly location near beach 2 minutes way from sea, high floor with nice view. In the room was everything whatever you need, kitchen big fridge , iron to and fast internet .. specially the host was very helpful he did everything show us room and explain all details, give us recommendations anytime was online to answer us . We will go back to this hotel

I made a reservation for a room but when i got to the apartments the owner asked for 65 lari instead of 40 which was in my booking. So i didn't stay. Strange way of business

The apartment was clean, linens appeared professionally laundered and very clean. Everything in the apartment was in working order. It wasn't the "Ritz Carlton", don't get me wrong. , It is a nice clean functional studioapartment good for long or short stay. In my humble opinion, it is a good budget option. The managers were responsive and available to answer any questions that I had.
