スタッフさんがフレンドリーで親切(｡◠‿◠｡)♡
Pros:

台風で伊豆ぐらんぱる公園が閉園、お目当ての食堂も空いていなかったのですが、早めのチェックインを受けて下さり、お陰様で館内で久しぶりにスマホゲームから離れて家族でエアーホッケーやビリヤードなど普段しない遊びを楽しめました。
また、ホテルスタッフの方々は皆さん笑顔で対応してくださり、ほっとした気持ちでリラックスも出来ました。
部屋については洗面所がドアの目の前で、それだけは不便でしたが、料理も美味しく、スタッフの方が家族写真を撮りましょうかと声を掛けて下さったり、カクテルの作り方がわからずにいると話しかけてくださったり、子供の世話をして下さったりと、初めて行ったとは思えないくらい楽しく過ごせました。また遊びに行かせていただきたいし、のんびり過ごすには本当にオススメです！ありがとうございました。

バリ感満載

行った事ありませんが、バリｗｗｗ
敷地も広く隅々まで雰囲気最高でした。海が見えない事など関係なく良い所でした。チェックイン時掃除が終わっておらず、３０分程またされましたが、ドリンクバー、ハンモック付きのブックカフェで過ごせたのでＯＫでした。２日目も海から戻って部屋に行こうとするとまたまた掃除が終わっていませんでしたが、先に露天風呂に入ってゆっくり出来ました。

Pros:

サービス、設備の悪さを無理矢理取り繕っているようなホテルでした。
チェックイン　14時半に到着し、チェックイン時刻の15時になっても部屋に入れず、15時50分くらいに入室。
館内設備無料を謳っているが、従業員のレベルの低さ、少なさを補うものでしかなく思い出に残るような物はあまりない。１つだけ良かったのは、読書スペースくらい。
敷地内は、段差だらけでバリアフリーのかけらもない。よ）

Pros:

宿泊費➕入湯税 で館内施設利用は、全て無料で利用できました。
時間を忘れて無料カラオケを無料ドリンクを飲みながら楽しみました。卓球、ボルダリング、アイスホッケーゲーム、太鼓の達人、パターゴルフをし、温泉に入り、ブュッフェでは、美味しい食事でお酒（無料）もすすみました。館内は、清潔感もあり安心して過ごせました。

ラグジュアリー感はありませんが、ご飯も美味しく、友人やファミリーには最適、親切です。
Pros:

森の中だからか、お部屋の中は湿気があり少し気になりました。ですがご飯がとても美味しくて、お刺身にうるさい夫もたくさんお変わりをしていましたし、子連れにも優しく声をかけていただいてありがたかったです。客室は裸足で歩いても気にならなず清潔でくつろげましたが、構造上洗面所が狭く使いにくかった。でもファミリー、カップルで大人の女性が一人なら気になりません。キッズルームもカラオケも清潔で良かったです！貸切露天風呂は、新館には洗い場があり快適です。旧館は洗い場がなく、少し狭いのでファミリーではなくカップル向けかな？新館と旧館でも快適度が違うと思います。
