Ár-érték arányban optimális, kellemes kis városban egy IGAZI családbarát Hotel tele programmal.
Pros:

Könnyen megközelíthető, frekventált helyen található. A legjobb családok vagy idősebb társaságok számára vagy gyógyulni vágyóknak. Számos programlehetőség kínálkozik a gyerekeknek egészen bébi kortól akár 10+ éves korig. Hatalmas a tornaszoba, van játszóház, lobbi-ház, játékterem, "ovi" nagyon jó kézművesprogramokkal, kedves óvónénivel, a kertben játszótér, a pancsolásnál is számos lehetőség a gyerekeknek. Pecsétgyűjtési játék is van nyereményekért. A barlang bár kicsit félelemkeltő még egy felnőttnek is a mélységben találhatósága miatt, de fantasztikus, hogy milyen nyugalmat érez lent az ember, s felfrissülést! A személyzet segítőkész.

Cons:

Az ételek allergénpontosításának (részletes) kiírását hiányoltuk. Külön gyerekasztal-kínálat javasolt lenne. A pecsétgyűjtési játékot nyereményekért nem reklámozzák, vendégek egymás között adták át az információt. Időpontmódosításkor mindent célszerű újra leegyeztetni, mert a megjegyzések, kérések nem biztos, hogy áttevődnek.

Nagyon jó hotel, igazi gyerekparadicsom és kiváló a konyha, de felújításra, korszerűsítésre szorul.

Finomak voltak az ételek, bőséges volt a választék, jó volt a welness részleg, kényelmes volt a szoba

Cons:

A vacsorához nem lehetett vizet engedni az automatából, eddig minden hotelbe legalább vizet lehetett ingyen inni, de itt meg kellett vennem a szűrt csapvizet 900ft ért 7 decit.

Még mindig egy jó hely, de ha a színvonalon nem emelnek akkor felejtős lesz
Pros:

A kiúszós medence vize ismét szuper meleg volt, de sajnos a korábbiakhoz viszonyítva(sokszor jártunk már itt) koszos volt, a medencetér már igen elhanyagolt.

Cons:

A félpanzió színvonala sajnos egyre rosszabb.Nagyon jól főztek itt régebben,legutóbb viszont csalódottak voltunk.

A szállodában már többször jártunk, most töltöttünk itt ötödik alkalommal pihentető hétvégét. Az étel minősége és választéka kiváló, a szálloda mindig tiszta, színvonala az előző évekhez képest sem csökken.
