A simple, tasty and healthy breakfast.
There is a lower part of the balcony od the 1st floor. It is not noticed when dark, and may cause a safety issue.

Great place we loved the location and the room
The shared seating area with sofas at the entrance is pleasant and nicely arranged
I booked for a Suite, but upon arrival I was placed in a different, lower-category unit without any prior notice or my consent. This happened despite the fact that the property had contacted me several days earlier due to an overbooking issue and proposed alternatives, all of which I clearly declined as they did not suit our group.
The downgrade was discovered only after arrival, in the early evening. When I contacted the property by phone, the only “solutions” offered by the representative were to either stay in the downgraded room or leave the property, with the issue to be reviewed the next day. No immediate or reasonable alternative was provided.
In addition, the room we were given suffered from unpleasant odor that made staying in the room difficult.
Despite receiving a downgraded unit, I was charged the full price of the Suite. Overall, the way this situation was handled gave the clear impression that the room change was made without transparency or accountability, and that once discovered, the issue was dismissed rather than properly addressed.
Changing a booked room category without consent, failing to offer a real-time solution, and charging the full suite price is not acceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property.

Our room, the loft was excellent. The space was perfect for the 6 of us as a family. We had a fire pit outside and two showers and two loos. Steaming hot shower, excellent breakfasts. Homemade labeneh and honemade jam. The staff were excellent and friendly. Overall a really pleasant stay. Will definitely be back. Thankyou.
There was a slight damp smell as we walked into our room. The heating air conditioning unit we were asked to turn off as it disturbed the person sleeping next door.
