Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit…Selbst unsere Fahrräder wurden vom Hotelier sicher in Hof untergestellt… gutes Frühstück zum fantastischen Preis!!!

Cons:

Ich musste die Reise wegen Krankheit kurzfristig stornieren. Die Stornierungsgebühr von ca. 2/3 des Zimmerpreises wurde mir vom Hotel leider nicht erlassen. Ok, so waren nun mal die Bedingungen. Aber ärgerlicherweise laufe ich nun seit 3 Wochen einer Rechnung über die Gebühr hinterher. Booking sagt, nur das Hotel kann die ausstellen. Bei der ersten Nachfrage hieß es vom Hotrl, die Technik sei grade defekt. Auf die zweite kam gar keine Antwort. Nervig und unprofessionell.

Uneingeschrenkt empfelenswert.
Pros:

Preis Leistungsverhältnis voll in Ordnung. War alledings nur eine Nacht. Ansonsten gab es es keine Beanstandungen. Personal freudlich, hilfsbereit z.B. bei Parplatzsuche. Frühstück alles was man möchte.

Cons:

Auf dem Zimmer gab es ein Tablet mit einigen nützlichen Informationen. Allerdings hätte ich mir mehr Infos zu weiteren Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung gewünscht. Z.B. aktuelle Evens, mehr Restaurans ectr. Ich muss zugeben das ich nicht viel Zeit hatte mich mit dem Tabelt zu beschäftigen. Das ist sicher ausbaufähig und finde es eine tolle Idee. Habe ich so noch nicht in DE gesehen / erlebt. Dem Team raten ich dran bleiben.
