Der Aufenthalt war unvergesslich!!

Das Personal war äusserst zuvorkommend und erfüllte uns jeden Wunsch. Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und die Aussicht atemberaubend. Das Essen war fabelhaft.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Lage und Aussicht und außergewöhnlicher Sauberkeit.

Das Hotel war einfach super. Die Aussicht und die Lage waren perfekt. Alles war außerordentlich sauber und sehr gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeiter – sie waren wirklich überragend und haben auf jedes Detail geachtet.

Ich hatte zudem einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner, Herrn Egzon Krasniqi, der äußerst zuvorkommend, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit war. Dank ihm habe ich mich besonders gut betreut gefühlt.

Ich komme immer wieder gerne!

Ein sehr tolles Hotel, das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt sehr Zentral. Das Frühstück war einfach nur Klasse und sehr lecker. Ich kann dieses Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Tout. Aussi la réaction du chef de la réception quand j'ai dit que j'aimerais un fauteuil. Il m'a proposé de prendre une chaise de ma terrasse. Elle était confortable et c'est très bien allé.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt insgesamt. Das Hotel ist sauber, komfortabel und gut gelegen.
Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem Personal, vor allem an der Rezeption – sehr freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Auch die Reinigungskräfte machen einen großartigen Job, alles war stets sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Das Essen war in Ordnung, könnte aber qualitativ und in der Auswahl noch etwas verbessert werden.

Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
