Pros:

I arrived at 3 midnight, I had made a reservation for 3 adults, but they gave us a room with one bed and charged 150 extra for a mattress. How is this possible if we make a reservation for 3 people? We are supposed to pay extra money. It should be in the description. I am very upset. Why should I pay so much for a double room?

Pros:

They are so stingy. I asked for a bottle of water at reception and she made a big deal out of it refusing to give one. When I was leaving they wouldn’t keep my luggage in the trolly until taxi arrived and I asked why and if someone else needed it he said no they didn’t need it but also couldn’t keep my luggage there. Made a complaint to the manager but horrible and cheap.

Pros:

We booked for 6 people but sleeping area wasn’t good enough for 6, the sofa (love seat) doesn’t convert to bed.
I have no idea is it Expedia or the hotel fault.
When I requested extra bed there was extra charge.

Great Stay - Breakfast needs Veg Options!
Pros:

It was a great stay overall. The Management needs to work on communication with the staff. We had specifically informed that we are paying for Breakfast for 4 adults for 5 nights, and we are Indian Vegetarian, and requested the Hotel for veg friendly options. However, the Management did not inform the Chef, and for 2 days we paid for nothing.

The Chef was brilliant, and he prepared great dishes for us for breakfast. Special thanks to the Chef!

Management needs to work on Communication!

Pros:

The apartments were very close to the metro station which was extremely helpful. The place was clean and quiet. The pool was lovely and was nice sunbathing. The staff were very friendly and polite.

Pros:

We arrived and our reservation was reported as canceled by Traveler... which I never canceled. Expedia claim my reservation was active, Hotel claimed it was canceled.
After around and hour, they finally got into an agreement and I got my room.
The fridge was not working propertly and took them 2 request for them to go fix it, the bathroom had a water leaking and we had to called them to fix it too since first day.
Also, we requested help on finding a place to do same day COVID TEST (Time sensitive) and we asked twice for the information and they never got back to us. Luckily I didnt rely on them for scheduling a test.
The lack of communication was very bad but they did asked me a day before if I was extending my stay or leaving but they never mentioning the Covid test appointment I requested.
I feel it needs more communication improvement but in general for the purpose of having a place to sleep and showers will do.

Pros:

These apartments are great for the price point. They are clean, modern, and staffed by competent employees. If you just need a comfortable area to sleep with a kitchen and nice bathroom, and do not require much else then this would be a good selection to make. Also, it is located right near the Tecom area and its hotels, which have night clubs and restaurants you can visit.

Pros:

Stayed there for five nights everything was going great. Too good to be true , our last night we saw a cockroach in the bathroom and another one under the bed. I wanted to extend my stay but definitely not after what I saw the last night. I mentioned it to front desk and they said oh I’ll tell the cleaning manager... that’s not how you fix things you can’t make me unsee what I saw. At least offer 1 night refund or a free night. Anyways thank God there’s millions of hotels in Dubai thank you next. Also the last night was just terrible the Wi-Fi stopped working as well. Just after I wanted to extend my stay there because everything was going great the last night totally killed it for me.

Stuff in reception very stupid and negative ,they never come compromise and they r ready to argue with u hours instead of dealing the problem, I felt like they wanted make my stay miserable,but hotel is very nice and clean ,owners should make traning or change the reception stuff

The hospitality of this hotel was amazing,
The hotel in general is not a 5 star building but you are treated as a 5 star guest.
I would stay in this hotel again for sure and i recommend it for all people that are looking for a sweet deal and a comfortable stay.

Not as good as their competitors
Pros:

property is dated and can use a good refurbishment. there is an odor while not strong it is persistent.

Had tried to get an early check in which was not possible, but then was given room one hour 40 minutes after their check in time.

Overall property is not bad for the price and other then my room not being ready at 2 pm and having to wait, the place is average.
