Good stay
Pros:

Beds were very comfortable and loved the hotel sheets and towels. Christopher the Manager was exceptional!

Not bad also not good
Pros:

Position good with a large carpark comfortable bed

Cons:

Loud music till 12.30am booked as business trip and were put in a room directly above the bar and speakers. We we're not made aware there would be Loud music on till late and if we had known this we would of asked to be moved to the top floor or possibly wouldn't of booked at all. The hotel side of this place needs a bit of attention , the walls next to the beds where you lay we're grafted they need a clean. That particular room was also very warm even with the window open.
It was convenient to get to the racecourse in the morning but not so good working with very little sleep , I believe there needs to be a bit more consideration to your hotel guests staying here for work.

the location was good.

Cons:

This isn't an appropriate place to stay with children at the weekend. There was constant door slamming until 3am on Sunday morning. There was a strong smell of weed in the corridor, unacceptable. there didn't seem to be any staff on site to deal with the situation.

Pros:

We were told the bar was open till 12 30 but shut at 11 30 , bar manager not very helpful when questioned about it, will not stay again,

Pros:

The room was OK so was parking, breakfast was good.

Cons:

Didn't like the fact the rooms are above the bar, they had a dj, it was very noisy. So I think the guests should be warned of functions being on. Before arriving. No lifts only stairs
