The room was OK so was parking, breakfast was good.

Cons:

Didn't like the fact the rooms are above the bar, they had a dj, it was very noisy. So I think the guests should be warned of functions being on. Before arriving. No lifts only stairs

Very over priced at £90 for room only considering the state of the hotel generally and tiny bedroom

Not the standard I expected from Marston Hotels having stayed in quite a few. Very badly needs a complete refurb. Possibly last redecorated around 30yrs ago! Strange when you have a road of multi million £ properties just mins walk away.
Saturday night had loud music that you could hear upstairs until 1am Sunday morning. Breakfast was very poor with little choice and no offer of cooked. Would definitely not stay here again.

Super comfy beds aiding a good nights sleep but the rooms are in need of attention.
Pros:

Loved the location and the beds are super comfy!

Cons:

The paintwork in the room was very chipped and the paper, in some places, torn and tatty. It is definately in need of some attention.
