Pros:

The location is great, easy to go and come from. There are many restaurants around and very close by. Check in was ok. The bed was comfortable and the couch was nice with a good view of the parking lot.

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty, the towels were dirty with stains, I had to wash them myself. The hotel itself is very nice but the staff make you feel like your walking on eggshells, god forbid you cough in the wrong area!! Breakfast was supposed to be included with my booking but they declined that option and said i'd have to pay, I choose not to argue and just had breakfast elsewhere instead... you couldn't even sit in the lobby without them constantly staring at you making me feel very out of place.

Pros:

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The rooms could use a bit of updating, as my first room had a musty odor and I requested to switch. The second room still had a slight smell, but it wasn’t as noticeable. I think it may have been due to the heat outside and the AC not blowing strongly at first. I let the front desk know, and they promptly sent someone to check it out. By the time I returned, everything was resolved and comfortable. The only other thing I’d note is that the shower could use some updating to feel more modern and refreshed.
