Disappointing stay.

Quite run down, would not stay again.
Needs a full refurb. Dirty carpets, and rooms in need of a spring clean!

Room very dirty not cleaned called manager to room said h would get it cleaned next day but on returning next day no cleaning towels still on floor tea cups still dirty not replaced tea and coffee, spoke again to manager he said that it had been cleaned I was mistaken .also the shower head is absolutely black but he said that they had just had them completely cleaned buy a professional company. We where charged for 6 breakfasts which we did not have .told I needed to get booking .com to get credit.

Pros:

We booked as part of a group for an event, the location was good. The hotel is a restaurant that does B&B .the beds were good the room and bathroom clean but they could all do with improvement. Very 80’s styling a cracked sink. Plenty of hot water tho. Breakfast was fresh and cooked to order but small portion size coffee DIY. Did not eat dinner here as they would not accommodate our large group

Need aircon during the heatwave our floor fan struggled
