Nice but good arrangements need improvements
Pros:

Clean, comfortable rooms. Good location not far from beach, nice garden areas. Pleasant staff. Biggest disappointment is the food, no fruit available for breakfast, all cakes, croissants breads etc. Dinner is a 4 course meal spread over 2 hours ! Dishes served to you so no way of speeding it up. Lots of pasta based dishes (it is Italy) but salads available too. Nice hotel but wouldn’t come again or recommend because of the food arrangements, self service for dinner would be a massive improvement.

Shearings Holiday Disappointment.
Pros:

Room was comfortable & clean enough, but could only use one charging socket out of four, shower was in fear of collapsing, also leaked all over the floor, another guests fridge didn’t work or there Air Conditioning, another guests Bidet was blocked with Pubic Hair,
the food was shambolic to say the least, very basic & tasteless, the toilets downstairs near the bar didn’t work, this 33 hr trip was organised by Shearings Coach Company, the bus we came out on was horrendous to say the least & not fit for purpose for this type of journey, both drivers were not much better, one was only interested in looking at his phone all day, the other trying to get off with a Mother & Daughter, he nearly caused a fight with bouncers at this club, because they wouldn’t let him in, as he was wearing the wrong attire, there was no help given to any of the elderly passengers with disabilities at any of the comfort stops, getting on & off the bus, which was sometimes quite high to step off, that was down to the other passengers.
Needless to say we shall not be using Shearings again.

Ottima La genitilezza e disponibilità del personale, e la posizione, l’hotel si trova a 2 passi dal mare e le camere con vista meritano davvero..

Perfect location but the hotel needs a facelift
Pros:

The Hotel's corridors have been renovated...too bad they left it at that. The rooms are really dated and need a facelift. The furniture was from the 70's. The carpet was stained and the bathroom shower door was broken. The personnel was very friendly and you can't beat the location. It was fine for two days but not the most comfortable or inviting rooms I've stayed in.

hotel Dune di stessa proprietà ma di categoria superiore rispetto al Colombo, ma pulizia e qualità degli interni camera lasciano a desiderare, non adeguato rispetto ad un hotel con classifica 4 stelle
