Le monsieur qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique

Cons:

Beaucoup de bruit dans les chambres, chambres et hôtel vétuste (rooftop et salle de sport a l'abandon). Petit déjeuné pas bon et serveur qui n'est pas attentionné. Il faut venir tôt pour le petit déjeuné car pas de réassortiment après 9h, même pour le café.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist super.
Und das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer ein Raucherzimmer das eigentlich ein Nichtraucherzimmer sein sollte. Selbst als Raucher war das unangenehm.
Auch das Mobiliar war schon etwas mitgenommen und die Betten sehr hart.

Für eine kurze Nacht oke.

It is ok to stay but will not come again.

It is Ok.Rooms are spacious and good.

Cons:

Staffs in Reception and dining room are not helpful and friendly.They can only say No. But Secruity Uncle is friendly and helpful.A good staff.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are tromendous, literally couldn't do enough for you. You need anything, they are on in straight away, or helping carrying your bags and even just a hello/good morning when they see you.

Cons:

We had a bit of an issue on arrival. We had booked an apartment with a kitchen so that I could cook. It said stove top, kitchenware and microwave would be in the room but when we arrived there was nothing. I had to ask for a knife, stove top, chopping board, cutlery... The lot basically. But again. The staff got onto it straight away so I can't fault them at all. The other issue is the shower system, it completely soaks the bathroom floor when you shower as there is no shower tray, & the water pressure was awful, it was barely a trickle. There is also only 2 spare sockets in the room. We had to boil the kettle in the socket by the bedside cabinet as there are no sockets on the wall in the kitchen. We also went to use the gym but discovered none of the machines or equipment worked which is a shame as it was a great sized room, lovely view so had great potential. All in all the hotel is okay, staff are amazing, but it could do with some tlc & updating.

Le personnel est très sympa, toujours prêt à vous donner des conseils ou vous proposer une option plus intéressante ou avantageuse que celle que vous vouliez choisir. Nous avions pris une chambre triple spacieuse avec une belle vue sur l'ensemble de la ville et à proximité du pont du dragon.

Cons:

L'hôtel est vieillissant et a besoin d'un bon rafraichissement, la porte d'entée de la chambre s'ouvre à l'épaule, une odeur de moisissure se fait remarquer au premier pas, le rideau de douche avait une bande de moisissure sur tout le bas, étant donné que l'hôtel ne dispose pas d'un double vitrage nous avons fait une réclamation le lendemain pour un délogement pour éviter d'entendre un chantier énorme qui travaille 24/24 et la circulation infernale. La chambre suivante était bien moins bruyante, merci à la réception pour cette attention...
