The location was wonderful! Being able to bring our dog was so nice. The bed was comfy, the pillows were a little soft, so if you are sensitive to that I recommend you bring your own. The kitchen was nice. I would have liked more space for our snacks; we reverted to putting them on the fridge. We had an issue with the tv, but after one call, Bea and Braydon made sure we were taken care of quickly. There isn't soap in the kitchen or bathroom, so if you're traveling via car, I would suggest you bring your own. They do have dish soap, but you have to ask for it; but please leave it in the unit when you check out to allow the next guest to use it. We will visit again and check out the larger units oceanfront. Thank you Bea and Braydon!

I didn’t spend much time there but for the price, it wasn’t bad.
Pros:

The proximity to the beach was nice though no view of it. The area was quiet.

Cons:

Maybe stock the bathrooms with travel shampoo and the kitchen with some dish soap and basics.

Perfect weekend getaway
Pros:

We turn the keys back in after five minutes we could not stay there.

Cons:

The cottage smelled like a combination of mold, mildew, and pet urine. The sheets look like they had not been changed. It was in really bad shape. It was so bad that we could not stay there.

Says it's pet friendly but they're not

Fantastic location

Cons:

Only two towels and two washcloths were stained. No soap, not even hand soap or dish soap! No extra towel. Nothing for the beach whatsoever, not even an extra towel. No even travel size shampoo. I was expecting at least soap in the kitchen for hand washing or dishes. No cable on the television.
The couch was very, very old and a little bit scary. To be honest, it looked like a lot of bacteria. No chairs in the lounge area, just 2 hard wooden chairs next to a hard wooden table to eat. So you had to sit on the couch or you couldn't sit anywhere.
There is only enough hot water for one shower!

But I was willing to deal with all of that. I will tell you what made me the most upset is that I paid $120 pet deposit for my two little 12 lb Dachshunds because it's a pet friendly place. I was told that they barked for 10 minutes after I left until they got settled, and I wasn't allowed to leave them in the crate when I went out to dinner. If I left the cottage I had to take my dogs with me even though I paid a deposit for them to be there I had to be there with them at all times and nobody does that on vacation all dogs bark for 5 or 10 minutes after you leave it's a pet friendly place that doesn't mean you have to take your pets with you everywhere you go most restaurants don't allow pets that's why I bought a crate for them to be left in the crate when we were gone she said because they barked for 10 minutes after we left that I couldn't leave my dogs there. If I knew this rule, I wouldn't have booked here because they don't tell you this rule ahead of time. You're not allowed to leave your dogs in the cottage when you're not there even if you pay a deposit for them to be there and no restaurants allow dogs. After you check in, you will see this note on the refrigerator, but if I knew beforehand, I wouldn't have booked.
