Pros:

Size of the rooms, cleanliness, games/pool tables in the lobby, friendliness of the staff. Available airport shuttle

Cons:

Not that I didn't like it, but it might be nice to offer a shuttle service to a downtown Seattle location as well a the airport. Even a small fee would be better then the cost of uber/lyft rides

Fantastic value for the convenient location. Friendly staff.

Ceilings were high but someone must’ve checked in right when we were about to nap, and could hear them pounding around up there

Easy- no complaints
Pros:

Close
To the airport so my work partner flying in could just free shuttle within two minutes of landing to her bed. She very much appreciated it as well.

Cons:

The only critic I would have would be that because of the close proximity to the airport a set of earplugs for those who sleep light
But other than that it was perfect for us

Pros:

Facility was clean, modern and bed was very comfortable. We like the fact that room was very spacious, and entrance, bathroom was separated from the bed area.

Cons:

Price of some of the snacks were very expensive.

Pros:

Friendly staff and conveniently located with an airport shuttle. I was charged for a food purchase that I didn’t make, however the staff was helpful and corrected the charge quickly.

Overpriced but convenient shuttle service.
Pros:

The free local and airport shuttle was exceptional!
