Pros:

Family room was big and clean.

Cons:

Kiosk check in was a hassle. Didn't have anyone at the front desk until the time I checked out. Needs to beef up security. Anyone could walk into the hotel and go up to the room levels. It is dangerous. Should only allow customers with key card to access the premise.

Clean and Spacious! Family friendly
Pros:

We booked a family room. Very spacious room with excellent facilities. The room is very clean and neat. Coway is located nearby the room. There is no problem with access to hot and cold water. Mart, doby, and other facilities are easily accessible.

Huge props, super recommend!
Pros:

Very cozy stay. The toilet was super clean, the bed was super comfortable. Exactly the same as the picture. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well!! Huge props to this hotel!!!!
