Pros:

長期滞在なら　お得感があると思います。スーバーやコンビニ　商店街など　生活には困らないと思います。とにかく料金が魅力的です

やはり施設の古さは否めない。
ホテル内での朝食はなく　となりの吉野家での朝食でした。店舗での食事なので　落ち着いた雰囲気の朝食ではなかった。
