Pros:

一人で、観光利用。シングルルーム。スタッフの方々がみんな親切で、急遽施設内にあったマッサージを利用したのですが、色々新潟のおいしいお店などのたくさん情報もいただきました、また新潟に来る際はここに泊まりたいです。

リーズナブルでよかった

スタッフの対応が良かった
繁華街から近かったので雨でも夕食のお店にあまりぬれずにいくことができた
連泊なのにベッドメークなどしてもらえてよかった

豪華さは無いが、必要だと思う物は一通り揃っており、部屋も綺麗。エントランスがアーケードに面しており、雨を気にしなくてよいのが嬉しい。特にバイク乗りは朝の準備等がしやすく、とても助かった。

バイクで行ったが、雨風が防げるエントランス前に駐輪させてもらえた。

Cons:

喫煙ルームだったのでしょうがないが、匂いが少し気になった。

2点を除いては、ほとんど良かったです。

Cons:

①窓の前にある、スライド式の窓隠しが、夜、窓の風がもれていて、ガタガタと、ずっと音が鳴っていました。
②朝チェックアウトの時、バスの乗り方が、わからなかったので、お聞きしました。前から乗るのか、後ろから乗るのか。そうしたら、何で、あたりまえ、の事を聞くのかな、みたいな顔で、困っていましたので、もう一度聞きました。そしたら、あきれたような顔で、後ろです。と答えを頂きました。
本当にわからなかったのに、質問をした事が、とても、恥ずかしかったです。

とても良い
Pros:

夫婦2人で宿泊しましたが安価で近隣に食事処も多くありまた機会があれば泊まりたいと思います

Cons:

駐車場が無くて提携駐車に停めましたが宿泊費は安価でしたが駐車場代が思ったより掛かりました。

コスト考えると、良好なホテル
Pros:

部屋は少し狭いが、清潔で清掃も良くされていた。
ベットも寝心地の良いベットであった。

Cons:

残念ながら、空気清浄機付き加湿器が有ると良かった。ハンガーの下に加湿器らしきものが次の日の朝有るのに気がついたが、案内がなかったので分からなかった。
