Cons:

הצוות היה מאוד לא שירותי ולא מנומס. ביקשנו מים חמים כי לא הרגשנו טוב ולא יכולנו להשתמש בקומקום ופשוט התעלמו מאיתנו ולבסוף צעקו עלינו לצאת מהחדר אוכל.
הארוחת בוקר הייתה דלה.
באופן כללי המלון מסריח, ריח של טחב בחדרים, לחות גבוהה ומחניקה, התקשנו לנשום ולישון.
כשפנינו לעזרה בקבלה עשו טובה שעוזרים וגם זה לא הועיל. הביאו לנו מכשיר שמטהר את האוויר שעזר נקודתית לכמה דקות בלבד.
ניקיון ברמה נמוכה. שירות חדרים לא ניקה את החדרים עד הערב וכשהגיעו פשוט נכנסו מבלי לדפוק.
פשוט חוויה נוראית. לא ממליצה בכלל להתקרב למלון הזה.

maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel are far below average

Good location, close to the beach and boat trips.
Stuff was helpful with room problems.

Cons:

Upon arrival, we were given a room with dirty bedsheets, an unclean floor, and a very strong moldy smell. Only after complaining for the third time were we finally offered to move to another room.

Unfortunately, the second room was not much better – while the mold smell was less intense, it was still noticeable, there were ants in the room, and there was very high humidity throughout both rooms, which made the stay quite uncomfortable.

The issues continued at breakfast, where the dishes were visibly dirty, especially the milk pitchers, which was quite off-putting.

חדר גדול ומרווח, מיקום פצצה וקרוב להכל. בריכה ענקית. המים היו קרים.

Cons:

הזרם במקלחת כל הזמן משתנה. ניקיון החדרים היה תמיד אחרי צהריים כשחוזרים מיום אטרקציות זה קצת מעצבן.

Schönes & Ruhiges Resorthotel mit schönen Pool
Pros:

Mitarbeiter und Service haben uns echt gut gefallen. Beim Frühstück gab es viel Auswahl, man hat immer was gefunden. Zimmer war groß und der Balkon war richtig schön zum Entspannen.

Cons:

Bei uns wurden frische Handtücher vergessen und die Reinigunszeiten waren etwas komisch. Unsere Klimaanlage hat immer mal wieder Probleme gehabt.
