Hotel de grande taille mais au global satisfaisant
Pros:

hotel central ao nang mais préservé de la rue donc calme, 2 belles piscines dont une sur le toit chacune avec pool bar, beau hall d'entrée, petit déjeuner au top et varié. chambre familiale très confortable et lumineuse avec 2 vraies chambres et 2 SDB, grande surface, le personnel est comme d'habitude très agréable et serviable, wifi dispo partout dans établissement

Cons:

200 chambres, on aime ou pas, si hotel plein, il y a du monde donc pas tres intimiste
peut sembler au premier abord un peu étouffant car encerclé d'immeuble
partie commune, couloir couleur grise et triste
l'aspect du mobilier peut parfois etre un peu usé, on sent qu'il y a du passage
privilégier les étages supérieurs

Pros:

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning backdrop of the hills and a great location close to everything central in Krabi, including the beach, shops, restaurants, and longtail boats. The pools were perfect for swimming, and the swim-up bar was definitely a nice touch. The buffet was also very good.

Cons:

This is definitely a family-friendly hotel, so expect lots of kids around. The rooms were fairly standard—clean and comfortable, but nothing particularly special or unique but our view of the mountain made up for it.

2 nights was too long here, unhelpful and petty attitude of staff really impacted our stay. But pools are nice

Nice pools / good breakfast selection

Cons:

No where near the beach
Rooms poor quality showing wear and tear - ours had a broken sink, leaking all over the floor, making tiled floor of room dangerously slippy - took 12 hours to fix, asked for a compensatory cocktail and was told no- only offered a mocktail - which we found a bit petty
Staff communication is poor
It’s in the middle of the melee that is krabi - ao nang- personally view, too noisy and brash

Staff were lovey and the breakfast is excellent.
Pros:

Loved our room, it was cool and comfortable and very quiet, despite the hotel being very busy.

Cons:

Not enough pool side lounges. So we tried the other pool on level 5 but there is not one umbrella or shaded area so it gets extremely hot!
