Beautiful resort but mould issues in the room.
Pros:

Nice spacious room, beautiful pools and lobby area. The staff were friendly and helpful the team at the tour booking desk were excellent.

Cons:

The room had an extremely strong mould smell it seemed as though it came from the air-conditioning unit. The lifts were also soo slow 🐌

Pleased with the hotel and would definitely recommend if staying in Ao Nang
Pros:

The staff are amazing and the location in Ao Nang is excellent. Chris in particular is so lovely 😊 The room service is better than À la Carte - try it! They also have a Sea Tortoise that lives on site 🐢

Cons:

40 TBH for a tiny bottle of water in the cafe. Lots of water provided free in the rooms though.

Great overall stay, would certainly return.
Pros:

Great location, good buffet breakfast, pool area was great and so were all the staff

Cons:

A lot of condensation in the rooms making everything feel wet. I should have asked for a humidifier.

3 star service for 5 star prices
Pros:

The central location was excellent, with the beach just a 5–6 minute walk away and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

Cons:

The property felt more like a hostel than a hotel, with long corridors and only one elevator for the entire building, resulting in long waits. Breakfast was average, so we only had it once. Room service was particularly disappointing: an order promised within 10 minutes never arrived, even after an hour, and the staff member was rude when we tried to cancel. Communication was also chaotic, with room cleaning not taking place at the requested times despite using their app.

A 3 star service at best, for almost the price of a five star
Pros:

The location is very central and close to all amenities. Views from the room were nice.

Cons:

Well, to start with, the hotel is built like a hostel and all rooms open to corridors with open hostel type arrangement. That is not shown on any platform. It was a bit of a turn-off. Breakfast was not good, our group skipped it. Room service was a disaster. We ordered some food and drinks and were told it would arrive in 10 mins. An hour later, nothing arrived and they were rude in cancelling because we had an early flight so we couldn’t keep waiting indefinitely. I felt it was more a 3 star service for the price of a 5 star. When we tried to do anything through the app, it did not work. Room service timing did not work. I stayed 4 nights and room service happened only 1 time. Reception doesn’t talk to kitchen or room service and it was a bit of a chaotic stay. My recommendation would be to stay at a 5 star instead even if it’s a bit more expensive.

早餐非常新鲜，可供选择也非常多。餐厅环境挺干净舒适的。 酒店整体的装修设计也比较新，比较现代化风格。酒店位置也十分好。是性价比比较高的酒店了。

Cons:

酒店员工并不是那么热情的。尤其是我们check in的时候，前台，那天是我们假期真正开始的第一天，本来从迪拜长途跋涉到Krabi已经非常劳累了，办理入住的时候，前台的是对酒店的first impression, 也比较直接影响我们对酒店的评价！ 但是也存在着有热情的员工，就像餐厅的一位长发男士，每次用餐都会遇见他，热情洋溢，充满活力，一打招呼就让人心情愉悦。
