It was my favourite place in the whole time I spent in Thailand. Friendly and happy staff, cleanliness, housekeeping were fabulous, many option for breakfast. I stayed in two different rooms and they were both amazing. I’d highly recommend Panan.

Incredible hotel and phenomenal staff
Pros:

I had the best stay here!!! From start to finish it was the best service! The staff were friendly and attentive, I spent most my days around the pool and the service just made it so much more enjoyable; towels on hand, fast drinks service, food was amazing, music was great! And everyone was so friendly. The breakfast had so much to chose from! Also wanted to specifically mention Nicky, she was an absolute delight to see in the morning, always made an effort to say hello while providing great service to everyone she’s amazing! The quality of the staff really help make your stay 10 out of 10. The rooms were clean and so comfortable and the balcony was perfect at any time of the day especially with the big chairs to relax on! The location was right next to the beach about a 5 minute walk but far enough to have a peaceful sleep. This hotel is so affordable for the level of luxury you get, I’d stay again any day. Last thing, I recommend the strawberry macarons at the lobby cafe they’re incredible!! Thank you again Panan

A special thank you to Nicky, Care, and Diamond for their exceptional hospitality and friendly service throughout our stay. They were always attentive, helpful, and made us feel truly welcomed.

We would also like to express our appreciation for the lovely birthday surprise arranged for my husband. The birthday cake and thoughtful gesture made his special day even more memorable and brought a big smile to our faces.

Terrible Resort ever!
Pros:

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we have ever experienced.

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon trip because of its positive reviews and the room category we booked. We reserved a Deluxe Cliff View room, but when we opened the curtains, we were shocked to find an active construction site directly in front of our room instead of the advertised cliff view.

After raising the issue, we were moved to another room. While the view was slightly better, the room was extremely dated and poorly maintained, with furniture showing significant wear and damage.

During our stay, we also experienced a persistent ant problem and were bitten multiple times. Although pest control was arranged, there was no follow-up, apology gesture, or effort to make up for the inconvenience.

Another frustrating experience occurred on our final day. Before leaving for a full-day island tour, we requested room cleaning through the app. When we returned exhausted in the evening, we discovered that our room had not been serviced. Staff informed us that the room was marked as “Do Not Disturb.” However, the door system had been malfunctioning and had automatically activated the DND status when the door was closed. We explained the situation, but instead of receiving understanding or assistance, the staff responded in an unprofessional and sarcastic manner.

We then had to leave the room again and wait elsewhere so housekeeping could finally clean it. As a four-star resort, we expected at least some acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused throughout our stay. Even a simple apology card, complimentary drink, fruit plate, or gesture of goodwill would have demonstrated care for guests. Unfortunately, there was none.

What disappointed us most was not the individual issues themselves, but the complete lack of empathy, accountability, and customer service shown when those issues were brought to the hotel’s attention.

This was supposed to be a special honeymoon trip, but the experience left us feeling frustrated and deeply disappointed. We would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it based on our experience.

Amazing and relaxing time spent with family.
Pros:

Beautiful property right in the middle of bustling Ao Nang. Great location. Clean. Our room was so beautiful! The view from our balcony was incredible. Great breakfast!

Amazing Stay at Panan Krabi Resort
Pros:

Our honeymoon stay at Panan Krabi Resort was absolutely fantastic. The resort is beautifully maintained, very clean, and extremely well organised. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. One feature we really loved was the resort’s mobile app, which made it easy to access information, request services, and stay connected with everything happening at the resort.

The pools, facilities, and overall atmosphere were excellent, creating the perfect setting for a memorable honeymoon. The location is also ideal, with easy access to Ao Nang Beach, restaurants, and local attractions.

We highly recommend Panan Krabi Resort to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and well-managed resort in Krabi. We would definitely stay here again! 🌴🥂☀️
