Pen Hotel

only good part of the hotel is its location - next to downtwon - Istanbul Asia center.
Other than it is really pathetic, run down hotel, the rooms are in bad condition.

Fiyatına göre normal diyebilirim.. oda temizdi sadece banyoda ki jakuzi biraz daha temiz olabilirdi. Kahvaltı tabağı hazır verildi biraz daha ekleme olabilir.

Location

They gave a dirty room, smelling to cigarrettes, did not want to change it to a clean one. They just gave an option of another bedroom which was smelling worst. Their wifi was not working, and the breakfast was super poor, and did not want to share their bathroom with my dad at the end of the day. The beds were so horrible. It was our worst stay during all our vacations.

Honestly I've stayed in a lot of Hotels and hostels and this was one the worst I have stayed in... They advertised a pool but when I asked about it the reception desk agent was extremely rude and said it was permanently closed... Which would have been nice of them to advertise it.... Also the cleanliness of the room was disgusting there was mold all over the grout in the bathroom... I had a non smoking room and when I entered the room it stank the cigarettes in it... The breakfast was a pre made plate of 4 slices of tomatoe, 4 slices of cucumber, 4 olives, 2 pieces of cheese, 1 small slice of salami, one small slice of chicken salami, and a boiled egg. When I cracked open the so-called boiled egg it was completely raw as I was served an EEG right from the carton and not even boiled for 1 second. When I showed the chef he just laughed.... They also don't have a safe room to leave your bags or anything .... The employees were very very rude.. I felt ripped off and lied to.... I can honestly say even all the hostels that I have stayed at were 10 times better than this place!!!

Das einzig gute am Hotel war Timur. Es war dreckig, die Fernbedienung vom TV tat nicht.
Der Pool ist ausserhalb vom Hotel. Frühstück katastrophe und für den Kaffee mussten wir extra zahlen.

La struttura è situata in un ottima posizione ,la colazione era buona,il personale molto gentile.
L’unico difetto era la pulizia della stanza.

Super et excellent... vraiment satisfait les enfants ont beaucoup adorés...

Неплохой вариант, для деловой поездки и одного дня посещения Стамбула. Близость к аэропорту Сабиха Гекчен.

Das Hotel war für paar Tage gebucht wegen einer Geschäftsreise. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein für zwei Personen aber ok. Dusche/ WC sehr klein da können keine zwei Personen stehe..
Alles war ok würde für ein Kurztripp erneut dieses Hotel buchen...aber nicht länger als 3 tage...

The Hotel is OK in general just it should take more care about cleaning and asking the guests if we. Need any services ...in the rooms there is no Qibla ( Meka) direction for praying

The receiption gave me the smallest room at the hotel . It was only 3 × 3.5 m . I was with my wife and 3 ys old child . With a bed width 1.5 m . When I asked for a small mattress for the child , they said that it is not available !!..can anyone imagine how 2 adults + child sleep in this bed ?!. The air condition ( AC )
was not working . We suffered from cold . SPIDER was at the ceiling corner !!

The location is good

Strict manger , stained floor , far away from city center . You can go to Titanic Hotel in Kartal 5 stars with few money more.

i booked a double bed room, which sleeps two. However, it only had one adult on the booking, so i was not allowed to have a guest in my room for even a minute unless i payed an extra 30$ Canadian a night which is rediculous. and when i compared prices for a one adult to a two adult it was only a 4$ a night difference but claimed since the online booking is highly discounted than the actual booking i had to pay the full rate. For a room that cost $40/night to make me pay $70/night just for someone to come into my room who isn't even sleeping there basically ruined my entire stay at the hotel.

They charged extra for 1 extra child without needing a bed.
