Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist optimal. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Duschkopf bzw. Dusche im allgemeinen defekt. Sauberkeit geht besser. Frühstück für den Preis ging gerade so. Parkmöglichkeiten im Parkhaus sind sehr eng und für große Fahrzeuge nicht zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße hin, war natürlich entsprechend laut. Beim nächsten Mal waren wir ein Zimmer zu Innenhof zeigend nehmen wollen.

Die Lage ,man ist schnell in der Stadt oder am Bahnhof, trotzdem ist es ruhig

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren nicht richtig sauber gemacht, im Bett waren Haare und Flecken, im Bad ( Waschbecken, Dusche, WC) waren noch Haare, an den Armaturen und Seifenspender Fingerabdrücke

Für 12€ war es ein sehr kleines Frühstücksbuffet

Wenig Schlaf wegen schlechter Luft gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Das Buffet war sehr lecker. Croissants und Eier sehr gut. Wird alles schnell aufgefüllt.
Lage einfach unschlagbar: schnell in Köln durch die Nähe zur SBahn Station. Man ist direkt in der Innenstadt und in der Nähe von Restaurants Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren jetzt schon das dritte Mal da, die ersten zwei Male in einem anderen Zimmer (war sehr gut) und diesmal in einem anderen und das hat uns leider gar nicht gefallen. WLAN war sehr gut und umsonst.

Cons:

Wir waren in Zimmer 301 (nicht Raucherzimmer) aber die Luft war so schlecht im Raum und die Bettwäsche hat nach Rauch gestunken. Über Nacht gingen die Steckdosen nicht, weshalb wir kein Handyakku hatten.

tolle Lage des Hotels, sauber und ruhig
Pros:

Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Zentrum, auch nachts ist es sehr ruhig, Zimmer sind sehr sauber, es gibt nahegelegen eine Tiefgarage, welche genutzt werden kann.

Cons:

Zimmer sind eher klein - vorallem, wenn man mit dem Hund reist.
