Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das gesamte Hotel macht einen sehr gepflegtem Eindruck, alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Einfahrt zum Hotelparkplatz, in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage, ist schwer zu finden.

gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

in der Lobby standen Lilien und es hat wunderbar geduftet
- sehr freundliches Personal
- Wunsch nach extra-Decke wurde sofort umgesetzt
- Hotel liegt mitten in einer Einkaufsstraße, man hat diverse Restaurants, Imbisse und Läden drumherum

Cons:

die Heizungen waren nicht entlüftet und es wurde nicht warm (aber es war auch das erste kalte WE im Jahr)
- das Haus ist seeehr hellhörig, wenn sich alle Gäste nachts ruhig verhalten, ist es auch ruhig, aber das ist ja leider nicht immer so
- Nur die Tiefgarage des Hotels ist ausgeschildert, dafür bezahlt man 6€ (finde ich fair), aber man sollte sich gut vorher informieren, wo man alternativ parken kann, wenn man das nicht will, denn es ist mitten in der City

Spontan gebucht, ausschlaggebend waren die Lage und der Parkplatz
Pros:

Die Lage in der Fußgängerzone. Das Zimmer war nicht groß aber O.K.
Der Parkplatz war direkt unter dem Hotel. Das es sich um einen öffentlichen Parkhaus mit verschiedener Bereiche handelte, haben wir die Beschreibung online bekommen, wie wir in dem "Hotelbereich" ankommen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war gut, aber manche Platten hätten doch nachgefüllt werden sollen, da diese im Käsebereich sehr übersichtlich waren. Am Personalmangel lag es nicht.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist optimal. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Duschkopf bzw. Dusche im allgemeinen defekt. Sauberkeit geht besser. Frühstück für den Preis ging gerade so. Parkmöglichkeiten im Parkhaus sind sehr eng und für große Fahrzeuge nicht zu empfehlen.
