Für Kurzaufenthalt in Ordnung

Prima Lage, sehr leckeres, warmes Brot zum Frühstück

Cons:

Schnarchgeräusche anderer Gäste waren zu hören, nächtliche, laute Fußgänger vor dem Hotel, kaputte Steckdosen waren mit Tape überklebt

Nie wieder dieses Hotel!
Cons:

Wir waren von diesem Hotel sehr enttäuscht. Die Zimmer sind klein und sehr dunkel. Außerdem waren Türen im Hotel verschlossen, obwohl die Rezeption besetzt war. Da wir nur einen Schlüssel erhalten haben, mussten wir häufig klingeln, um separat ins Hotel zu kommen. Wenn die Rezeption gerade nicht besetzt war, musste man sogar tagsüber vor der Tür warten, das selbe um aus der Tiefgarage ins Hotel zu kommen mit dem Aufzug.

Besonders ärgerlich war die Parksituation. Wir hatten im Voraus einen Parkplatz gebucht und bezahlt, konnten abends jedoch keinen freien Platz finden, da das Hotel offenbar mehr Parkplätze vermietet, als tatsächlich vorhanden sind. Stattdessen mussten wir einen Parkautomaten suchen und ein zusätzliches Ticket ziehen.
An der Rezeption wurde uns zunächst gesagt, dass das Hotel für diese Zusatzkosten nicht zuständig sei, da der Parkplatz angeblich extern gebucht worden wäre. Erst nachdem wir nachweisen konnten, dass wir den Parkplatz direkt über das Hotel gebucht und bezahlt hatten, wollte man uns zunächst nur 6 € von 12 € erstatten. Erst nachdem wir das Hotel schriftlich kontaktiert und angekündigt hatten, den Fall an Booking und gegebenenfalls an einen Anwalt weiterzugeben, wurden die gesamten 12 € erstattet.


Die schriftliche Aussage des Hotels lautete: „Wir haben insgesamt 14 Parkplätze, aber über 70 Zimmer. Es kommt manchmal vor, dass Gäste keinen Parkplatz bekommen.“

Für uns ist dieses Verhalten kein guter Hotelservice. Aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen können wir von diesem Hotel nur abraten.

Overpriced, probably just because of an exhibition nearby.
Couple of messages pushing for online check-in.
Breakfast was almost finished by 8:30AM.

Bin nun schon zum wiederholtenmale im Hotel Primula gewesen. War wie all die Male zu vor sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Frühstück hätte etwas mehr Auswahl sein können.
