very good location next to the Kanda train station, where you find a lot of restaurants. The hotel does not provide the breakfast, but you can find easily around cafe shop around. Easy to catch metro and trains (5 min walk)
although it is not surprising, the room was very small, for those need space for suitcases.

Good location. Near Kanda station. Many restaurants nearby.
My room was very clean and comfortable. Everything I needed was available in the room. The location was perfect for easy travel to and from Haneda airport and for sight seeing in Tokyo. I was very happy with the room and the staff. I stayed here both at the beginning and end of my trip to Japan.

I reserved two rooms at this establishment and proceeded to check out of one approximately 30 minutes ahead of the designated time. For the second room, I formally requested a one-hour extension at the stated rate of ¥1,100 per hour, which was acknowledged and agreed upon by the receptionist.
However, approximately 20 minutes prior to the extended checkout time, I received a call from the receptionist indicating that I would instead be charged ¥2,200—double the previously agreed rate. When I reiterated the original agreement, the matter was handled with an alarming lack of professionalism. The receptionist escalated the situation by personally coming to the room and forcibly insisting that I vacate immediately, effectively compelling me to leave with my luggage under undue pressure.
This experience reflects an unacceptable level of service, marked by inconsistency, poor communication, and a complete disregard for basic courtesy toward guests—particularly international visitors. Despite having paid for the agreed extension, there was no willingness to honor the arrangement or demonstrate even minimal flexibility. The conduct displayed was mechanical, unsympathetic, and entirely devoid of customer consideration.
Such treatment is not only disappointing but deeply concerning, and it significantly undermines the credibility of the establishment. Potential guests are strongly advised to reconsider before booking, as the service standards fall far below reasonable expectations.
