Pros:

Less than a five minute walk from the Kanda station (Tokyo station is then only one stop on the JR line), located near multiple restaurants and a 7-11, this makes for a great spot for a short stay. Toiletries are available across from the desk for guests to take as they need, including being able to grab another pillow. There's also a latte machine for guests that offers coffee and matcha, which was a nice touch! Very clean and comfortable. I didn't mind it, as I travel light, but those with larger suitcases might find the small rooms too tight of a fit.

They did not accommodate a reservation for 3 people in a room!
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Good value for price

Cons:

We booked for 2 adults and a child and our room had only a double bed. All 3 of us were squished into a double bed!

Super okolica wszędzie blisko zwłaszcza do metra co jest istotne w Tokio. W pokoju czysto codziennie sprzątane, miła obsługa i pomocna. Bardzo dobra okolica blisko do sklepu, restauracji polecam.

excellent choice close to Tokyo station and Kanda station
Pros:

Very close to Kanda train station ( and Tokyo station) though you absolutely do not hear the trains. So the location is very convenient to come from or go to Narita airport . Kanda is on the Yamanote line and only 3 stops from Shinjuku on the Chuo line. Besides Kanda has plenty of restaurants though the hotel is in a very quiet street. Staff at the reception is very welcoming and efficient. The room is not very large but it has everything you need. Everything is very clean ! Coffee machine on the ground floor!

Perfectly comfortable stay for international guests.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Proximity to Kanda Station is a big advantage.

Cons:

Most things were perfect.
The only thing I could criticise would be that the swing function on our AC wasn't working. But honestly that's not really a problem. 😅
