Ozdemir Thermal Hotel

The worst, scariest hotel I’ve ever been in in my life. We booked for two nights, arrived late in the evening and were terrified of the state of the room and the hotel. But because it was already so late and we traveled all day we decided not to scramble for a new hotel but stay the night and first thing next morning we ran from there as fast as we could. There were cigarette ashes in the corner next to the bed, the front door lock was missing wood, there was hair under the blanket in my bed, the shower was so dirty we were genuinely scared to touch it, the mirrors were cracked and the sink water after brushing our teeth made us sick... to top it all off we actually booked the room with breakfast, but when we arrived the hotel told us there’s no breakfast and it’s not available due to COVID. Please bare in mind we’ve already been traveling the country for more than 10 days at that point so I knew that wasn’t true for everywhere. But when questioned the staff assured us that all the hotels in the area do NOT serve breakfast and ALL spa’s are closed due to COVID. After giving them a benefit of a doubt I’ve done some research and surely almost every hotel serves breakfast in the area and there are plenty of hotels with spa’s and hamams open. We booked another hotel for the following night and had a wonderful experience and another spa nearby. Fair to say I will never return to this hotel. And Expedia was absolutely terrible, their booking confirmation provided no details at all.

Do not book! It is not ready for business, constructions was in the lobby and few other area, behind room door was unfinished, shower does not have enough hot water, “hot spring” is a valve for hot water next to the shower, most importantly the pillows stink!!! So nice we checked in around midnight, it was too late for us to find another one. By the way, when we checked in the manager increased us 5 euros from hotel.com price.

Turistik bölgelere yakın bir konumdaydı fakat temizlik çok yetersizdi. Ayrıca ses konusunda çok sıkıntı çektik. Yan odada olup biten her şey duyuluyordu.

Çok mecbur kalmadıkça tercih edilecek bir yer değil, hizmet temizlik, konfor çok kötü. Bölgede köylülerin işlettiği pansiyonlar buradan daha kaliteli, temiz ve konforludur.

They don't offer any meal. They don't have any English speaking staff. When we visited WiFi was not working. Computer was not working. They only provide liquid soap for hand washing. Nothing else at all.

Kotuydu, duvarlar kagit gibi, yan odadakiler sanki sizinle yasiyor, uyku uyuyamadik, otel bakimsiz, resimlerdeki gibi degil

Bezpłatny parking. Bardzo duży basen. Pokoje OK. Bardzo dobra baza na zwiedzanie okolicy oraz dobre miejsce na wypoczynek.

Все время останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Люблю Карахаит а этот Отель дополняет мои чувства к это у месту

Otel konum itibariyle güzel bir yerde. Hierapolis antik kenti kuzey giriş kapısına yakın. Zaten amaç antik kenti ve pamukkaleyi gezmek. Genel olarak memnun kaldım diyebilirim. Ancak temizlik yetersiz. Tuvalet ve banyo yeterince temiz değil. Bakım yok. Musluklar 30 yıldır değişmemiş. Çalışanlar sıcak ve cana yakın. Eksikleri söyleyince temin ediyorlar. Bir gün kalmak için yeterli.

屋外プールも屋内プールも工事中で使えない。屋外温泉は管理されてなく使えない。
ホテルの至る所で雑な工事をやっていてめちゃくちゃ埃っぽい。テーブルも一回自分で拭かないとザラザラ状態。このホテルは酷い。

Daha once erken rezervasyon yaptim ki ileride uygun fiyat odemek icin halbuki ucret euro uzerinden sabitlenmis bu yuzden 55 lira fazla ucret odedim.rezervasyon yaptirmama ragmen oda cok basit yatak pis gorunumlu idi carsaf hersey otel odasina yakismayacak renkte,iki yatak arasinda komidin yok telefon ve bazi seyleri yere koyduk,bavulu koyacak bir sehpa yok, banyo pis,tuvalet kagidi tasiyici kirik,yok,dus basligi elimde kaldi kirik,ayna les gibi,odada ayna yok,balkon les gibi cagirdikta temizlediler yalandan,odadaki termal havuzda oturacak yer yok tutunacak yer yok icinde dibe kayiyorsun,buzdolabi les gibi ici disi...piriz kirik banyo kapi kolu icten kirik,..yani br otel odasinda istemediginiz hersey mevcuttu..kahvalti alalim dedim ilkgun acik bufe son derece ucuz zayif bir bufe,son gun tabakta kahvalti icinde birsey yok,personele evden getirdigimiz boregi isitirmisiniz dedim isitmadan getirdiler,ilgisiz personel,CANIN ISTERSE mantalitesi...insaat devam ediyor rahatsiz edici gurultu...hemen yakinlarda iki otel odasi gordum tertemiz,cok ayip beyler bu isi para karsiliginda yapiyorsunuz verdiginiz karsiliginda cok kotu isletmecilik ve misafirperverlik..

Я останавливаюсь в этом отеле в четвёртый раз. Мне очень нравиться. Я фотограф - путешественник. Красивое место, вид с балкона, много термальной воды. В номере все есть для отдыха, большая территория отеля. Тихо спокойно.

Очень понравился Отель. Хорошее тихое место.. комфортно.. много термальной воды.. все замечательно!!

In my opinion this is a good hotel, not luxurious of course, because I am a budget traveller. So for those who seek for a bed and breakfast this is a good hotel. It is quite clean, and actually it is situated in the entrance of the karahiyat city. So it would be an unique position not to walk very far to look for the hotel.
