Cons:

Staff didn’t explain well the procedure for breakfast and that you had to ordered day before so we missed out on 3 breakfasts that we paid for

Kitchen didn't have a toaster or microwave
Kitchen didn't have many utensils or cook pots if there were two people
Often had to walk through cigarette fumes at narrow entrance when entering or leaving

Super Lage des Hotels mit süßem Café, aber die Bilder versprechen leider viel zu viel weil die Zimmer sehr in die Jahre

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist direkt neben dem Galata Tower und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Einkaufsstraße Istiklal caddesi entfernt. Super!

Cons:

Leider ist in den Zimmern alles etwas lieblos und teilweise auch kaputt. Der Duschkopf hält nicht, das Regal im Bad ist schon durchgerostet und ab der zweiten Nacht ging plötzlich die Klimaanlage nicht mehr, was die Hitze unerträglich und schlafen unmöglich gemacht hat. Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang hat zwar versucht zu helfen (nachts) und versprochen, dass das Problem am nächsten Morgen behoben wird, dem war aber nicht so. Zimmerreinigung gibt es nur auf Anfrage, frische Handtücher wurden uns erst beim dritten Mal fragen gebracht (wurde ständig vergessen). Das war leider ziemlich schade
