Pros:

A beautiful cozy hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was laid out and delicious. There was always someone to ask if anything was needed, no matter the time of day or night. The rooms were spacious and elegant. Room service was great! We really recommend this hotel!

Unehrlich und betrügerisch!
Pros:

Wir (Familie, 3 kleine Kinder) haben über expedia.de gebucht. Wg. Problemen bei der Ankunft haben wir versucht, die Buchung zu verschieben. Hotel sagte uns: Stornierung/ Verschiebung nicht möglich. Wir kamen schließlich spät in der Nacht im Hotel an! Rezeption sagte uns: Es gibt keinen Platz mehr zur Verfügung, Zimmer wurde an jemand anderen vermietet !!!!
Hotel hat das Zimmer zweimal verkauft! Und wollte uns nicht bestätigen, dass kein Platz mehr frei war. Offensichtlich wollte das Hotel von strengen Stornierungsbedingungen profitieren und dafür sorgen, dass wir auch bezahlen, ohne den von uns bezahlten Service zu erbringen. Ungerechtfertigte Bereicherung. Wir mussten die Polizei rufen. Der Direktor, eine Dame, hat betrogen und gelogen! Rat: Buchen Sie dort kein Zimmer! Bleiben Sie weg. Manager des Hotels sind unehrliche Leute.

Pros:

A awesome place with very friendly staffs. My room was very clean and didn’t have any problems.
The reception is 24 hours and always they are polite with you and help you to have a nice trip.
