Good location and service but better accommodation for lower price is available
Pros:

+ The reception and breakfast staff were amazing, very good English
+ Good wifi
+ Excellent location - short walk to the main square and bus stops
+ The breakfast had lots of choice on the list and was served as requested
+ Next to large shopping centre
+ Very clean

Cons:

- The spa was a real let down even though it was included in the price. Jacuzzi was filthy dirty (sand or dirt) It was cold and hardly any bubbles. Sauna and steam room ok. You have to walk through reception to access
- The luggage storage area was very small and not locked
- Room is small with very little storage
- Mini bar is expensive

Super lækkert ophold med den bedste restaurant.

Super lækkert hotel med den bedste morgenmads restaurant. Meget lækkert med bestilling af morgenmad som så blev serveret ved bordet. Meget servicemindet personale i restauranten.

Vi brugte også restauranten om aften, de har de lækreste drinks og helt fantastisk aftenmenu. Vi fik deres tasting menu med vin. En virkelig lækker oplevelse, kan klart anbefales.

Derudover var det lækkert med spa, som blev reserveret, så man har den alene.

Cons:

Saunaen kunne godt være varmere, nåede aldrig over 60 grader, men svært når dørene ikke lukker til.

Brilliant hotel. Should be a 9.5!
Pros:

I really liked how the property was clean. The breakfast and staff were exceptional.

Cons:

I think the only thing that was a let down was the protests. A few times when we went out the doors were locked and the receptionist wasn’t available. This was abit overwhelming especially being stuck one day just before the protests kicked off outside the hotel. Other than that, it was an exceptional stay. I would like to thank the manager and the staff especially after the protests that kicked off they compensated partially for our stay.

A lovely welcoming hotel in a central position
Pros:

The staff was outstanding, from the concierge to the house keeping staff and the dining and bar staff - friendly, helpful and very professional. The roof top bar was great for a pre-dinner drink and afforded a great view of some of the city's land-mark buildings. Breakfast and location could not have been better.

Cons:

The decor was a little over-the-top for me but I guess it suited the history of the building , which had an interesting story to tell.

Great location, lovely room, friendly and helpful staff, private access to the spa facilities I can be booked for an hour, amazing breakfast and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

The roof bar is lovely and a great place to visit. The only downside, we felt that the glass of wine measure seems to be a lot smaller than standard. Still worth a visit for the lovely ambience.
