Hotelde sıcak su yoktu, yan odalardan gece çok ses geliyordu rahatsız edici şekilde. Nervesim takımlarıda temiz kokmuyordu. Ortalamanın altında kaldı malesef..

Şampuan yoktu tuvalet kağıdı yoktu

Gayet kalınması uygun ve güzel oteldi.

oda pek temiz olmamakla birlikte çarşaflarda 5-6 adet sigara izmariti yanıgı lekesi vardı. Ayrıca duvarlar çok ince olduğu için yukarki odanın tum sesi sabaha kadar bizi uyutmadı. Yan odanın wc sinde ise sigara içildiği için havalandırmadan olduğu gibi bizim odaya sigara kokusu doldu. Çok kötü bir konaklama geçirdik.

Kaldığımız yer güzeldi sadece temizlik biraz problem oluyordu odayı temizleyin kağıtı asılmasına rağmen temizlenmiyordur resepsiyona söylemek zorunda kalıyorduk

This was definitely not a four star hotel, I have no idea how the class this a four star.
I genuinely do not even know where to start.
I travel a lot at least once a week and I travel across the world. I’ve never encountered such a horrible room in my entire life. I’ve stayed at two star hotels which is way better than this. This is a big scam please stay away.
The bathroom stunk so badly, The room stunk off smoke and I guess somebody was smoking before me and it has not been cleaned at all.
I did not want to stay at the hotel at all because it was So unclean.
I was here for 2 days and The following day the room was not cleaned so the room service has not done anything at all.
Extremely poor service and extremely poor quality. The hotel is in a very dodgy area, which is very worrying. I highly recommend not to go out at night if you live at this hotel, this area is awful.
Overall I’ve never given a hotel one star before and this hotel definitely deserves it. Even the hallway smells of smoke.
The breakfast is ridiculous, everyone gets served on a plate an egg, a piece of bread and Jam. Take it or leave it. This hotel does not deserve a 1 star rating honestly!!
The guys at the reception were friendly and that’s probably the only good thing at the hotel.
Everything else is downright bad.

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ANY COST!!!

Ich habe vorher wirklich Sorge gehabt, dass der Aufenthalt in dem Hotel nicht gut sein würde, da ich viele schlechte Rezessionen las. Allerdings war meine Furcht komplett unbegründet. Der Rezeptionist war so, so, so freundlich. Die Damen, die dort arbeiteten ebenfalls. Wir erhielten das Zimmer früher als erwartet. Das Zimmer war wirklich sauber und gemütlich. Preis-Leistung ist top! Top! Top! Man sollte für 10€/Peron/Nacht plus Frühstück nicht meckern.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wer puren Luxus haben möchte, sollte bereit sein, viel, viel mehr zu zahlen.

This hotel is scam. The time you arrive, you will find rooms in bad conditions and Management is horrible in dealing with customers. my checkin was 2 pm and i arrived 4 pm yet no room ready and when room available they give me room which is completely bad and nothing work there. Not even phone device to call receptionist. Toilet broken and bad smell

Unfortunately my stay included working remotely from my room and the WiFi connection was very poor. There was also some heavy drilling going on in the lobby and the street by my window was really noisy as well. The worst part was that the man at the reception didn't speak any English. On the positive side the breakfast was nice, room was very cozy and the kitchen staff was very nice.

Merkeze yakın bir olması nedeniyle tercih ettik fakat otopark sorunu yaşadık. ayrıca odada gider kokusu vardı. bize kapıyı açmamız için vrilen art çalışmıyordu temizlikçiler kapımız açtı. hiç memnun kalmadık.

It was good, the people next to our room was a bot noisy with the door open and smoking. But the rest was okey , comfy bed, clean bathroom , simple breakfast.

Otel genel anlamda temiz odalar kullanisli konumu güzel fakat Aileler için uygun değil hemde kesinlikle sebebi gece kaldığımız odanın yan odasinda erkekli kadınlı belki 6,7 kişi sürekli ses gürültü yaptığı ve sürekli odaya girip çıktığı için rahatsız olduk pandemi döneminde aynı odada bu kadar insanın bulunması odaya girip çıkması ve gürültü çıkarması bence otele yakışmayan bir hareketti otel yöneticilerinin kendini bu anlamda check etmesi gerekiyor...

Donc arrivé à l'hôtel on dirait un château hanté dans les chambres il y a pas ce que tu es noter coffre-fort exetera il faisait hyper froid dans la chambre couverture hyperfine c'est même pas une couverture c'était un drap il faisait froid froid froid ensuite pas de petit déjeuner alors que c'est stipulé sur le sur la réservation mauvaise accueil
