Низкий уровень качества персонала. Отсутствие на рабочем месте длительное время и угрозы со стороны охранника.

В целом в номере чисто.

Cons:

При заселении отсутствовал администратор, пришлось ожидать 15-20 мин. За это время я попросил охранника Ернар кажется его зовут позвать администратора он сначала позвал потом начал агрессивно вести себя в мой адрес, угрожал в мой адрес. Всю ночь до 6 утра в соседнем номере пара мужчина и женщина выясняли отношения орали и не давали спать, пришлось стучать через стену но и после этого они не остановились, распивали спиртные напитки, матерились, громко хлопали лверьми, к 6 утра окончательно рассорились и вроде ушли, по этой причине спать было не возможно. Очень разочарован персоналом.

Отличный отель , свежий, хорошее расположение, минимаркеты, частный сектор, где можно вкусно и не дорого поесть. Завтраки разнообразные. Очень тепло в номере. Отзывчивый персонал. За качественный матрас отдельная 10!

Cons:

Нет лифта, в номере не было холодильника и сейфа.
