Хороший отель за свои деньги, но есть нюанс.
Pros:

Non-expensive option to stay in Astana

Would not recommend staying there though.

We found a used condom under the curtain in our room. After we reported it, the staff simply removed it and did nothing else: no cleaning or disinfecting of the floor, no proper apology, and no compensation or gesture of goodwill. We understand that mistakes can happen, but finding a used condom in a supposedly cleaned room is a serious hygiene issue. How do you clean floors and not notice this? You don’t?
The reaction from the staff was particularly disappointing — it was treated almost like someone had simply left a piece of rubbish behind.

There were also smaller issues. We had two rooms, and one had no towels and no duvet cover, despite us arriving about 12 hours after check-in time, very late at night, when we simply wanted to go to sleep. After the condom incident, we also lost any confidence in the general cleanliness of the hotel, and the remaining night was spent feeling uncomfortable and disgusted rather than relaxed. For a normal three-star hotel in the city centre area, this was far below what we expected.

Soundproofing is not great either — I called my friend to wake her up and could clearly hear her phone ringing in the neighboring room, even with both doors closed.

Also, for some reason, the smoking rooms are located on the second floor, where our rooms were, so there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms.

Чисто, есть ванная!!!, сами номера уже в употреблении пару лет, но все чисто и в рабочем состоянии, без изысков, вполне приятно

Super séjour !
Pros:

J ai adoré cet hôtel ! Le personnel très professionnel et véritablement sympathique, les chambres sont très propres , spacieuses et très bien décorées.
L’emplacement est pas mal car on peut faire quelques lieux incontournables à 10 minutes à pied ( le palais de la paix , la moquée hazret sultan..)
Je recommande !

Cons:

L’insonorisation est correcte mais pas optimale. Donc j’entendais mes voisins bruyants.
