Pros:

房间较大，位置很好，晚上一般来说很安静。，bar里的工作人员很不错。食物不错。

Cons:

酒店很不专业，是我住过最不满意的酒店。1，窗帘很薄不能遮光，要知道阿斯塔纳早上三四点就天亮了，晚上八九点才天黑，尤其是早上一早就醒了没法继续再睡。2.早餐很差，味道还行，每天早上只有一份苹果是水果，有一天甚至连水果都不是。3.前台不太会说英语，交代的事情常常不放心，比如我早上一早的飞机就怕有耽误提前要求对方把发票打出来，对方说明早我出发前全部会准备好结果还是需要每一项仔细核对。4.平时安静其中俩天晚上有一大群学生，非常非常吵的晚上。5.请的送机司机也是很不专业像是自己朋友来送机。6住宿环境来说，洗手间很拉胯。

Cons:

Ужасно старый номер с неприятным запахом, кровать жёсткая. И очень-очень шумно. Если окна вашего номера будут выходить на улицу, то сочувствую.

Pros:

Понравилось отношение персонала, предоставили комнату тихую что не было слышно соседей. Диваны были большими, комфортными. Завтрак был вкусным.

Cons:

Из минусов не работает телевизор в комнате ребенок не понимал этого. Не было лифта, поднимались на 3 этаж с сумками.

Кровать была ооооочень удобной. Завтрак небольшой, но все было. Мы были сытые.

Очень классное месторасположение. Отзывчивый персонал, очень помогли и сохранили наш багаж у себя после выселения из номера.

Cons:

В отеле нет лифта, будьте внимательны при выборе. Есть некоторые нюансы с вентиляцией и следы эксплуатации.

Pros:

понравился вкусный завтрак, хорошее расположение до центра, но на другой берег только такси
Замечательный и отзывчивый персонал, всегда подсказывали, помогали

Cons:

добавьте пожалуйста в номера обувные ложки и губки для обуви, весной очень пыльно из-за песка. Конечно не хватает мини-холодильников, он как раз хорошо бы встал вместо тумбочки

Хорошее место расположение. Близко к посольству

Cons:

За испачканную простынь , которая уже серая от старости и изношенности, взяли стоимость как за новый комплект 10.000 тенге. На завтрак растворимый кофе из банки!

I would recommend this hotel, who wants an inexpensive and comfortable place to stay overnight.
Pros:

It has to be noted that the overall impression about the hotel is very good. Rooms are quite big enough and clean, the bed is comfortable, and staff is friendly and supportive. Of course, you should not expect the same comfort as in 5-star hotel, but it worths its money.

Cons:

The only minus I can outline is thin walls between rooms. You practically can hear all noises of your neighbors, which may disturb you, especially if they stay awake and talk loudly until midnight.
