It was great to see an obvious historic motel so well refurbished.
Pros:

The property mgr/owner was knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and local events and areas of special interest. It was very evident that he was invested in the community. Loved talking about my hometown Deming. It has been over 30 yrs since I visited Deming.

Cons:

I couldn't stay an extra day.

Don't let the outside fool you -- this motel is a great value.
Pros:

This is an older property that doesn't look like much from the outside, but the room was fantastic! It was a suite with 2 queen beds, a pull-out couch, a full-size fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, and a small dining table and chairs. Everything was well maintained. Even though the motel is right on one of the main drags in Deming, my room was quiet.

Cons:

There might have been something for breakfast, but I left early and the office was closed.

The room was large, updated, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Totally unexpected from the appearance of the exterior..

The exterior is a mess which totally belies the quality of the room.

We were very comfortable and will definitely return.

The room was huge! We had so much space, the beds were comfortable, ice was provided, bedding was provided for the futon.

Cons:

Only complaint was a loud car that drove up and down the road.

Pros:

Rooms are renovated, large, and clean. Staff was very friendly. Street parking is available if the lot is full or your trailer doesn't fit.

Cons:

Outside looks old and doesn't match the nice room interiors. Not a lot of parking but I was able to squish my trailer in at the entrance.

My stay turned out to be excellent. The owner is very nice. He explained how he plans to renovate the entire property
Pros:

I was leery about staying after I first arrived. The owner showed me the room. It was newly remodeled. Everything was new and clean and tastefully decorated.

An amazing place to stay
Pros:

The rooms are clean. The owner is very considerate. The housekeeper busts her ass. It’s a good place. We stay often and we love the cleanliness. The rooms are spacious and clean. Parking is close by.

Great value for an excellent stay - well done Ed!
Pros:

This is 60’s style motel with big, clean, newly renovated rooms at the best value in town. Ed (the owner) takes pride in his property. I especially liked the large room and the luxury linens. Really unexpected in the best way!

Cons:

Slightly away from the freeway, but very easy to find.
