This was my 2nd time staying here because I enjoyed it so much! It has a nice and secure driveway that all the lofts are off of, with parking in the back. A night they have a guard at the entrance. It is near several good restaurants that you can easily walk to, and with the nice kitchen set up you can bring home leftovers! I also like that they have a tv because during the rainy season when you can’t go out, it gave me something to do other than reading. N

Clean, new, good beds, modern deco and some steps to the best area of beach Santa Teresa. Sofia is very kind and attentive.
Best option for Santa Teresa beach (also very good cost/benefit).

Great location in the middle of town! All the restaurants I usually drove to from my usual place were within quick walking distance. It also has great security at night which is wonderful since they are on the main road. Definitely now in my rotation list of places to stay!

The location is central. 5 minute walk to the beach. Easy access. The space is large and 2 bathrooms is a bonus! Huge closets. Nice little kitchen. Nice dishes and all itensils, but could have better pots and pans. Friendly staff all around from check in, housekeeping and night time security. Close to everything. The outdoor shower when you come back from the beach is amazing and so welcome. The little plunge cold pool on the terrace is fun and really useful. Loved this place.

Amazing location. Right across Banana Beach Resort, free access to the beach there. Super friendly staff! Very roomy and comfortable layout of the room and loft. We used the private plunge pool many times, more than expected. It gets hot in Santa Teresa! Very safe, there is a guard at the entrance at night. La Gilda in the complex has many food and beverage offerings from 7am til 10pm. Beautiful shops right there, not your cheap souvenir shops! Walking distance to all the great restaurants.

The property is spacious and very private. It is an entire 1-bedroom loft townhouse! It was perfect for myself and my husband and our friend. We even had our own bathrooms! It would also be great for two couples. It is contemporary in style and well designed for a week stay. The outdoor space and (very cold) pool were a nice touch. The beach was just across the street and through a resort. There were shops, restaurants, and yoga studios all very close by. Overall, we were very impressed!

We did have some trouble at check in because no one was in the office. The maintenance guy had to let us in, but he did not speak English. The lock on the slider was very sticky and we couldn't get it to lock. Then, the air-conditioning in our bedroom stopped working. We were able to get the maintenance guy back to work on the issues, but turns out, neither issue was actually fixed. We stayed for only two nights, otherwise we would have asked to be moved to a different apartment.

Overall I highly recommend Peace Lofts. I will stay there again if I ever go back to Santa Teresa!

Great communication. Genesis was always available and friendly. Helped us with arranging a buggy and other recommendations. The cleaning ladies and maintenance guys were all very friendly people as all Ticas. There is security from early night till early morning.

The loft is nicely build with the open platform. The cozy pool is a plus after a sunny day.

Loved everything about the Peace Lofts. The rooms are beautiful, the location is great, and the staff is so friendly

Great location, great spot. Loved the modern look and feel and clothes cleanliness. Few recommendations: paper towels, soaps/shampoo etc were not included. Shower head and kitchen faucet should be cleaned / seems like hard water buildup needs to be looked at. Wonderful spot.

The loft was great, excellent location, secure, well equipped and modern.

This is the third time we stayed at Peace Loft. Excellent service this time. The property manager, Caro is accommodating, attentive and responsive to our requests. We had a wonderful stay and will come back again :)

Great loft, totally clean and updated. Super comfortable and private, loved it. Catalina is super cool and friendly helped us with a canopy tour and made sure we felt at home.

I had a wonderful stay here last year. However, this visit was super disappointing. Many things are broken. There is zero air-conditioning on the second floor. It is scorching hot at 31C during the day. The entire 2nd floor was un-usable. When i asked the property manager for help, there were no assistance given. basically, i paid for 2 floors but only able to use 50% of the property. Not nice.

This is a really well located place and quiet considering location on the main road. walking distance to the beach and well designed.

Beautiful property in a great location with everything you need. The plunge pool was perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.
