Hotel Labuan Point

We spent two nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is basic but very good value for money. A pleasant room that was clean and comfortable.
The service was impressive especially the amazing Julio at reception. Nothing was too much for him in way of assisting us.
The rooftop bar and restaurant had a good menu with delicious fish n chips.
The staff and again especially Mira were wonderful

It is next to a mosk. Can be very loud. The beds are uncomfortable. When it says 1 queen bed or 2 single beds. You are getting 2 single beds. One for sex, one for sleep.

Good customer service

Very pleasant staff and super friendly.

The best part was the rooftop bar, watching distant storms with reasonably priced beer.

The hotel was opened in 2016 but in 2023 still feels fresh and new.

Decent breakfast buffet, free shuttle to the ferry port, good WiFi. Hotel is within walking distance of the port.

Nice roof top bar. Food was awful. Dont stay on the 7th Floor since you hear all the noise on the 8th floor - dragging of chairs, blender etc. I probably would stay somewhere else next time and just visit the rooftop bar for a drink.

I am very happy with my stay at Labuan Point Hotel. The hotel is clean. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The bed quality is good too and aircon is strong too.
The hotel has a superstore next to lobby which make it convenient for me to get some grocery.
The rooftop restaurant food are nice and the price is reasonable. If you are hotel guest, you can get 10% discount.
This is my second stay with the hotel. The car park is just outside. Internet connection is good. Going to lobby is convenient. Some hotels, you need to walk up the staircase to reach hotel lobby. Imagine you have many luggage to carry, then it would be a challenge. So Labuan Point Hotel is just perfect for me and family! Thanks to all staff for your hospitality!

A very decent hotel with clean, quite large and fresh rooms at great value considering the rate you pay. Great staff especially, Melissa at the breakfast was genuinely happy and service minded. I wish her a great career within the hospitality industry.

Stayed at the Labuan Point for a few days from Dec. 15 to Dec 17. It was basic and functional price was very cheap. For what you pay and what you get it is perfect, but more for the budget traveler. Staff was nice and tried hard, mostly young people inexperienced but worked hard to please. I would say the food is okay and very cheap. Disappointed the breakfast was cold, they were out of eggs, coffee was terrible (you pay extra for barista type coffee). Noodles and Rice dishes in the evening was okay enough, nice rooftop bar. Would not stay here for longer than two days, to me there are more comfortable places to stay.

The Hotel is well furnished and the staff are well trained. In all my interactions with the staff I have found them to be professional and courteous. As I am in a quarantine room the meals are provided in a plastic box and arrive fairly cold, however I understand that it is logistically impossible to provide steaming hot food to each room. The food is quite tasty inspite of the temperature. Amenities are ver good.

If you wish to stay at this hotel for quarantine purposes, I definitely don’t recommend it. Food is served cold everyday, as you can not leave the hotel room you don’t have too much choice. Although, I put the sign “Do not disturb” at the door knob and a note, written in Malay, close to the doorbell to avoid disturbing my sleep (I had jet leg and needed to correct my sleep); everyday the food deliverer from the hotel was ringing it, totally nonsense.

Most of the restaurant that have nice hotel room serve quiet expensive dishes. But in this hotel, the restaurant is quiet affordable. So, when you stayed in here and lazy to go outside the hotel, this is the perfect one.

Sheets are stained, was not changed. Noisy, can hear a lot of what's going on in the morning. Staff are half baked in their professionalism

The hotel is clean, decent, staff are friendly.
Overall rooms we booked is spacious, air condition is cold and WiFi is acceptable.
Only cons is no toilet lock at the door, safe and ironing board.
For those who can walk, it is about 10 mins walk to business centre or else take grab.

Easy parking and rooms were made up well everyday.
Open air rooftop dining area should allow smoking or a smoking section at least.
Tiles installed in bathroom and area in front of bathroom tend to be very slippery when wet.

Friendly counter staffs, check in and check out were done fast. Quiet surrounding

Hotel Labuan Point took me by surprise. The room is very spacious and very clean. The bed is queen sized and provides comfortable sleep. Its a small boutique hotel with a sky cafe and ample parking space. It is strategically located and very short distances to reach eateries and shopping. Well, Labuan town isnt exactly that big to start with. The service is good. There provide complimentary airport transfers all you need to do is arrange before hand. The sky cafe on the 8th floor is cool and offers great view of the town. Food is yummy and affordable. Breakfast choices varied at RM 22 nett its good.

All foods are delicious. Restaurant staff friendly with Umi/ Zurina/ Azamie/ Ben always standby there. Good serve to all of you guest. I am recommend to choose this hotel while go to Labuan. Don't miss it.

This hotel are good BUT the only thing i dont like, this hotel have "massage activity" which not good for family trip, room are spacious, food are good, transport are easy available bu grab or taxi, The staf are good, fast response and very helpful.
