Pros:

The staff are amazing go above beyond ,the services are 10/10 .the place clean we are very happy with our stays in Aryaduta ..

Cons:

The gym is abit small not much equimemts,plus some were broken..smoken ,we can smells sigarrets smells from our room..Noise from the garden function room..they can do with a good paint around the roof top pool and bar areas its bit run down ..

Staff was the worst. Location is really close to airport
Pros:

Disappointing first impression, thus nothing worth to type here.

Cons:

We arrived at the hotel approx. 1500 and were not be able to be checked in (the check-in was supposed to be 1400);
The front staff Abdul was so "helpful", he made us just stand there in front of him for half an hour with neither rooms and/or information on when will the rooms be ready.
We then left the hotel and when we came back at around 2000, the room was ready but we still need some time for our luggages to be delivered.
When I came down to check our luggages, again the same Abdul told me that it was already arranged to be delivered; while the staff responsible for the luggages apologized and explained that he was not yet informed about the luggages.

Super value for money

We had a wonderful stay at Aryaduta Bali with our family. The hotel is in a great location, just minutes from the airport and within easy reach of Kuta Beach, shopping malls, and restaurants.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of both local and international dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious.

The rooftop pool was a highlight of our stay, offering a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. The hotel is also very family-friendly, making it a great choice for those traveling with children.

Overall, Aryaduta Bali offers excellent value for money with outstanding hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Bali. Highly recommended!

Spacious and clean rooms!
Pros:

First time staying in Aryaduta was in June 2022, come back now June 2026 and its still good n the same. The reason why I like to stay here is because of how spacious the room is comparing to the other hotels around kuta for the same price. The room is also clean, and cleaning crew always done a good job. The only issue is that the hotel is quiet big, and our room is located on the other end of the hotel, so walking to the main lobby is quite a workout 😅 breakfast also so-so not much variety but they will try to cater to what you want. Everything else is good. And Staff are friendly.

Worth staying again and again
Pros:

Very professional and courteous. We requested early breakfast because we had to leave for Nusa Penida at 6:00 am. We received a call next morning at 5:50 am that our breakfast is packed and ready. Sri at the reception was exceptional and helped us get our laundry early because we were checking out. Lestari at Henry’s went out of her way to help us get Indonesian change.
