A good hotel just along with Holy Ganga, but food is useless & as compared to facilities, it was costly.
It’s was not at all good. Very old property parking. Rooms were smelling badly. Room service was really bad.

Next to Arti place just walk down few steps
Worst service worst rooms not even worth the money charged... There are far better hotels with this amount of money the pics shown are not correct. It opposite of what it looks like in the pics of the rooms. Don't waste money in this hotel it's should change Rs.1000 to 1200 inclusive all..
Worst service worst staff kitchen team. Anything you ask they will say they don't have it. They can't provide rooms were smelly not at all what was shown in the images.
Electricity issues. No ac. No hot water. Elevator didn’t work. Booked 2 nights but had to leave after the first night. Was promised a refund but that never materialized. I don’t recommend staying here.

Location is good. Maintenance needs to be improved as the hotel is very old and renovation required. Poor light in the rooms and no exhaust fan in the bath room. Food is excellent!

Despite not having a good view from the room, its close proximity to the Ganga ghat was a positive aspect of the hotel.
We were not provided with parking as promised over the phone, forcing us to park in a public space. Additionally, the room did not justify its price; better accommodations can be found at the same price range.
The amenities in the wsshroom and the balcony can be taken care of.
